Have someone there on Saturday afternoon to help unhitch a heavy trailer. I lifted it off myself. A major liability issue. Others who dropped vehicles and trailers off on the same day left them randomly all over the yard leaving no place to turn a trailer around.

We had reserved a truck at another location in Pittsburg upon arrival to pick up no truck available and no assistance offered. had to drive 20 miles to rent a truck. Hard to say if I'd consider U-Haul again in the future

It took over an hour to complete the pick up process. It was to all be done on the phone and there was not a person to help. The system kept rejecting my input and not telling me why. Very Frustrating. I had ordered 1 dozen pads that were not included.

The online/app check-in process was horrible. What should have taken 10-15 minutes took over an hour, with two different phones to complete, two separate phone calls, at least 6-7 logout, log back in requests, and countless pictures taken and sent...only to hear back - "We are sorry, please try again". I was renting a truck in a small town and was told I had two options...1) keep moving around until the 3-bars turned into 4-bars so the pics would come through or 2) travel to another location to pick up my truck. Neither of these options were acceptable to me, when the only thing between me and the keys to the rental is sending a picture through your app. I asked about texting or emailing a pic, or even providing the necessary details on my license over the phone and was told I needed to use the UHaul process. THAT solution is completely inflexible and does not allow for alternate solutions to solve the drivers license picture requirement. Working with UHaul is a horrible experience every time. The people are okay, just not overly friendly, but the process and paperwork is NOT customer focused nor simple to complete. If there were ANY OTHER options to renting moving trucks/trailers, I would gladly skip the frustrating, time-consuming, and non-customer focused experience at any of the nationwide UHaul sites.

Chad's had entered a return date of Dec. 1st 2018 on my paper work. I drove the truck to McPherson and left it at my daughter house for them to unload and return the truck. They saw the return date was Dec 1. I new the date to return was On Sat. Nov.24. I was charged $120 for the extra days. Is there any way to make an adjustment?
