I returned the truck with the app after hours and it worked fine. I did fold all the blankets that were left in the truck from the previous rental unfolded, and I returned the dolly that I did not rent that was left in the truck from the previous rental.

I was charged for 2 days when i only had the Uhaul for one day. I picked it up at 2pm on the 25th and i returned it at 2:05pm on the 26th, yet the receipt says i had it until 8am on the 27th. i was charged DOUBLE what i should have been and I’m expecting a partial refund. This is not acceptable at all.

I really wanted a larger truck but when I made my reservation the operator told me they didn’t have that truck available at this particular location had I known that it was just the day I wanted to move I would have requested another day. My schedule is very flexible. When I got to the location yesterday I saw that they did have a 26’ uhaul that was going to NY. I was very disappointed to learn of this!

Charged my account after drop off, when i left more than enough gas in the tank. Left more gas than when I picked up. First time I used this location i left extra gas in, over 1/4 tank extra gas and wasn't reimbursed.

You need to get this truck off the road now.
A warning buzzer was on for over half the time of the trip. I'm hoping is was just a false seat belt warning indicator. Before leaving Chad's, a mechanic was kind enough to give us a jug of oil and wish us luck. Going up hill seemed to be a struggle, and head lights / dashboard lights can only be described as worthless. In my 20 years of using a U-Haul equipment this is the worst experience I've ever had and biggest safety concerns.

Does not drive that smoothly. Issues with the steering and brales. Also the ceiling leaks. Some of our belongings got wet. When we checked truck back in the guy that runs the location didn't really care that the ceiling leaks during the rain. We should have received a discount for the truck we were provided.

Could not get online check in to verify but the staff fixed everything and had us checked in and in the truck in 5-minutes. Only complaint is that no moving blankets were available, but they did remove that from the bill.
