The location is a little confusing. There are two buildings side by side and I'm not sure if there is anywhere to actually go in for customers. People walked out and found me. I was able to get the trailer checked in. I think they rely quite a bit on the mobile app. The app doesn't work well on my phone so I don't use it unless I have to. They were nice and got things taken care of though. A parking lot and a place for people to walk in would be great though. Or if there is a place to go in, maybe some better signage. All-in-all it was fine though.
