robert hBe open during the hours you specify on your website so non-smartphone customers, like me, can turn the truck in to be inspected and accepted so as not to be charged an additional $20 for an after hours fee.
Dewey CThe option to order online and pick up and go may be nice for some people but I prefer to look at options and talk to people about products.
