Easy after-hours drop off. No improvement needed.
Roger SDropped the truck off after their closing time. Rick was helpful on the phone before the drop-off, explaining where to drop the keys, etc. There is a somewhat steep hill to get into the parking lot, but that was not a problem, even with a 26' truck. Overall, a good experience.

Fred HThis was my designated drop off. When I called UHAUL traffic, I told them when I would be dropping off. I arrived just before 3 to find it dark and a closed sign on the door. There was a car parked in front so I tried the door. It was unlocked so I went in and called out for anyone there, but no one was. I called the number on the business card there and someone finally came to take of the auto transport so I could empty the truck If you are sending customers there - they need to be there!

JOHN TI reserved a trailer on line 0n 7-29-20. See your order no. 26448789. Your reservation site said that a 4' x 7' Utility Trailer was available at the Millcork Street location. When I arrived there on Thursday morning there was only one trailer on the lot! It was a 5'x 10' van trailer. When I went in to register the representative could not find mind reservation on line and said he would have to start from scratch. This was frustrating because I had filled out your pre-check-in form on line to expedite the process. What is more frustrating is the fact I had to pay for the larger trailer that I did not want! I wanted an open trailer for the items that I had to haul! I did not have time to look for another location. Then on top of that the same day you sent me an e-mail saying that a 4' x 7' trailer was on hold at the Portage location.
LARRY JHe was great at the rental place. The Mover assistance was a train wreck though.
NANCY AWe had a very frustrating experience at this location. The app would not let us proceed because the GPS did not have us at the "correct" location. I can assure you we were at the correct location as I was staring at the Uhaul truck. The app had the address as "2550 Milcork A" where as the address seen on Google Maps is "2550 Milcork St". We ended up on the phone for nearly an hour before getting access to the truck's key.
Addie CThis business’s location was not correctly set up on uhaul’s website, so even though I was in the correct location i could not check in through my phone because the system thought I was in the wrong location. After an hour on the phone with five different CSA(who were all polite although completely unhelpful) I had to drive to a different location so uhauls system would think I was in the correct spot and continue the necessary steps to rent the truck. Had to follow the same procedure trying to return the truck. Then looking over my bill I noticed they charged me .99 a mile instead of the quoted .79, and when i called several times to see if there were any rebates they could offer me for my wasted time no one answered the phone. All in all a terrible experience with Uhaul.
nick bReported location of the drop off site was incorrect..... repeated phone calls were needed to figure out where to drop off. Even when we had an accurate address and directions we drove right by the place as their is no sign on the industrial park drive and the “u haul” vehicles are out of sight from the road.
steve pEverything went great. The location was great. My only comment is why this location was sent by uhaul when I had 2 locations closer to my home?? Thanks!
Ted LWhen i got the truck the oil light was on and when we checked it it was fine but had no power steering fuild to we had to take it to portage road and change it for another that is after we filled it so that set us bacjlk 2 hour s from moving then when we returned the second truck that we got never got a recipient for it and i was on the phone with uhaul 2 days in a row for over a half hour

david cVery easy, convenient east side location. Rental manager was great to deal with, will send anyone who needs an uhaul to use that location.
John MI was totally satisfied with everything from the East Main St. location experience. Fast friendly service, and very helpful in familiarizing me with the operation of the truck. If I ever, or any friends, in the future need a moving truck, or other types of rentals available, U-Haul will be the choice. Thank you.
CHRISTINE OThe front end of this truck needs some attention. It wanders all over the road and makes some bad noises when turning. Otherwise it was a good truck and fantastic service.

ed tThis was by far the roughest truck I've ever rented. The brakes were terrible and squeeked very loudly. The alignment was WAY off and there didn't seem to be shocks of any kind in this truck. I move a lot and I've rented more than a dozen trucks from Uhaul over the past several years, so I know how the trucks usually feel. I wasn't able to put any of my breakables in this truck, even though they were packed very well. I'm glad the weather was good, I can't imagine driving this truck in snow or ice. Very disappointing.

Lynette KTruck was brand new and great. Two way rental worked out best for me but took a little more time than expected to adjust the billing after initially requesting truck for a one way rental. It all worked out fine.
greg fI reserved a UHaul at a different location almost a week in advance. I confirmed it online. My husband got there in the morning and waited for 30 minutes while the clerk was chatting with someone else and didn't even acknowledge my husband standing there, only to be told they had overbooked and did not have a UHaul available to us. They sent us to this alternated location, which was further away from where we needed to be. They did give us a $50 credit which helped, but our overall experience was very, very poor.

michael lThey had just had a computer upgrade which stopped their cpu from working properly, so that held me up and we couldn't get in out in a timely manner, cause the cpu kept kicking my order out, then when finally done, it would not send my documents to the printer. Also this locations prices are more expensive than the Portage Rd location where I had rented the same equipment, but got charged $4.00 more this time.
