I reserved a trailer on line 0n 7-29-20. See your order no. 26448789. Your reservation site said that a 4' x 7' Utility Trailer was available at the Millcork Street location. When I arrived there on Thursday morning there was only one trailer on the lot! It was a 5'x 10' van trailer. When I went in to register the representative could not find mind reservation on line and said he would have to start from scratch. This was frustrating because I had filled out your pre-check-in form on line to expedite the process. What is more frustrating is the fact I had to pay for the larger trailer that I did not want! I wanted an open trailer for the items that I had to haul! I did not have time to look for another location. Then on top of that the same day you sent me an e-mail saying that a 4' x 7' trailer was on hold at the Portage location.LARRY JAMES B.

We had a very frustrating experience at this location. The app would not let us proceed because the GPS did not have us at the "correct" location. I can assure you we were at the correct location as I was staring at the Uhaul truck. The app had the address as "2550 Milcork A" where as the address seen on Google Maps is "2550 Milcork St". We ended up on the phone for nearly an hour before getting access to the truck's key.Addie C.
This business's location was not correctly set up on uhaul's website, so even though I was in the correct location i could not check in through my phone because the system thought I was in the wrong location. After an hour on the phone with five different CSA(who were all polite although completely unhelpful) I had to drive to a different location so uhauls system would think I was in the correct spot and continue the necessary steps to rent the truck. Had to follow the same procedure trying to return the truck. Then looking over my bill I noticed they charged me .99 a mile instead of the quoted .79, and when i called several times to see if there were any rebates they could offer me for my wasted time no one answered the phone. All in all a terrible experience with Uhaul.nick B.

Reported location of the drop off site was incorrect..... repeated phone calls were needed to figure out where to drop off. Even when we had an accurate address and directions we drove right by the place as their is no sign on the industrial park drive and the â€œu haulâ€ vehicles are out of sight from the road.steve P.

When i got the truck the oil light was on and when we checked it it was fine but had no power steering fuild to we had to take it to portage road and change it for another that is after we filled it so that set us bacjlk 2 hour s from moving then when we returned the second truck that we got never got a recipient for it and i was on the phone with uhaul 2 days in a row for over a half hourMatthew S.

I was totally satisfied with everything from the East Main St. location experience. Fast friendly service, and very helpful in familiarizing me with the operation of the truck. This was by far the roughest truck I've ever rented. The brakes were terrible and squeeked very loudly. The alignment was WAY off and there didn't seem to be shocks of any kind in this truck. I move a lot and I've rented more than a dozen trucks from Uhaul over the past several years, so I know how the trucks usually feel. I wasn't able to put any of my breakables in this truck, even though they were packed very well. I'm glad the weather was good, I can't imagine driving this truck in snow or ice. Truck was brand new and great. Two way rental worked out best for me but took a little more time than expected to adjust the billing after initially requesting truck for a one way rental. It all worked out fine.greg F.

I reserved a UHaul at a different location almost a week in advance. I confirmed it online. My husband got there in the morning and waited for 30 minutes while the clerk was chatting with someone else and didn't even acknowledge my husband standing there, only to be told they had overbooked and did not have a UHaul available to us. They sent us to this alternated location, which was further away from where we needed to be. They did give us a $50 credit which helped, but our overall experience was very, very poor.barb D.

They had just had a computer upgrade which stopped their cpu from working properly, so that held me up and we couldn't get in out in a timely manner, cause the cpu kept kicking my order out, then when finally done, it would not send my documents to the printer. Also this locations prices are more expensive than the Portage Rd location where I had rented the same equipment, but got charged $4.00 more this time.Allen H.

Hours on door stated 8-5. Arrived at 3:30 no one was there. Tried calling no answer , left message, no return call. I'm elderly lady so called my daughter, she left work to help me and had to call her husband to tell us how to unhook from car. Very difficult to do. Great customer service. Improvement: make sure trailer and towing fit the car it's towing. Because the first trailer we receive wasn't wide enough for the car to be tow. Maybe next time you will have outline that said how wide is the car.Jeannie F.

I got everything I needed from this facility. It's a small facility with few vehicles. So your customer needs to understand that their choice vehicle may not be available there, unless ordered in advance.MACARTHUR W.

I made my reservation with someone who evidently was not physically located at above location. We agreed that I would pick up truck at 9:45 a.m. When I arrived to pick up vehicle, site was closed with a sign on door stating they would return at 11:00 a.m. The individual did return at 11:00 a.m. but this was very frustrating having to make 2 trips as well as lost time moving.Ed R.

when I picked up the car hauler the straps were in knots and it took me over 1 hour to even undo one of the sides and I do this kind if work for a living. I think the straps should be undone when you pick it upBob A.

tire pressure warning light came on when I got home ,I called .the person answering told me to go to 1004 portage she did not know what city After a one hour drive in rush hour traffic the staff at the second location did no inspectioin but quickly put air in all four tiresand told me I was good to go. so due to your lack of maintiance ,and the lack of attention to even notice the low pressure notice on the dash we were charged for the extra 40+miles not to mention my 2+ hours when if I had been told "just put air in the tires" your "staff"did not even a cursory inspection. Ive told several of my friends about your total lack of maintiance,seriously doubt if I would ever use your services again Tom Walshtom W.
I had an all around good experience. The reservation people found a trailer in the area that fit my needs. Because a smaller one was not available, I was upgraded for the same price. The people at the pick-up and drop-off location were courteous and helpful. The facility itself was probably a bit below average, but that did not matter. What mattered much more was how I was treated as a customer, which was great!DAVID K.
