Fred H.This was my designated drop off. When I called UHAUL traffic, I told them when I would be dropping off. I arrived just before 3 to find it dark and a closed sign on the door. There was a car parked in front so I tried the door. It was unlocked so I went in and called out for anyone there, but no one was. I called the number on the business card there and someone finally came to take of the auto transport so I could empty the truck If you are sending customers there - they need to be there!
