We had an issue with the 24/7 check in process on our phone for whatever reason but the employee in the office was not very helpful at all. I ended up calling the 1800 number instead. After getting off the phone I went back in the office where another employee help me “check in” but seem to be making a new reservation instead. The whole process was longer than needed to be if you have an issue with the 24/7 self check in do not ask employee for help they will tell you “I can't help you”.

This has nothing to do with the location but my issue was having to use a smaller truck because there wasn't a truck I had reserved with 30 miles. I reserved over a month in advance and had to move 4 hrs away, now I'll have to rent another truck (not from uhaul) to get the rest. Very disappointed and will not use uhaul again

This location was excellent from the customer service, wait time, price, condition of the equipment. There's only one complaint I have, but it only has to do with the Uhaul website. When reserving the truck it said that I qualified for a free month for a storage unit. But every one that I clicked on either said "no units available " or it brought up prices I'd pay. Extremely Disappointing

I had to really put effort into opening and closing the door on that trailer. I can't imagine if my wife or daughter had rented it alone. I don't think they would have been able to get the door open/closed on their own.

Worst rental experience… Truck was filthy and nasty. We are in the middle of a health pandemic and no one cared to even go in and sanitize clean or anything. it's not on the dashboard. The location manager even pulled up the van and obviously still didn't care. I spoke to Felicia Wallace at the one 800 numberAnd I still have not heard back from the regional manager Joseph Nelson. I called back again this week and still haven't heard a second time. Very frustrating. The out-of-hours check in was frustrating — “find the box and use the provided code” WHAT PROVIDED CODE? A few minutes of scouring the page and my texts for the code ... After my second call with an extended hold ( the first was because where I thought I rented my truck was actually 1.7 miles away from another U-Haul location —on the same street — where the truck was waiting for me) the rep told me to continue the process and the code is provided later — poor communication, very poor. Then came the lock on the box. Tried 5 times to unlock it using the code — my college-age son tried several times — yet another phone call and we were talked in for the lock release — One word — YIKES!

Terrible lack of information. The online check in told me my key was in lock box number "3" but there were only 2 lock boxes. After a long time waiting with customer service on the phone I was told that lock box number 3 was actually the cargo bay on my moving truck. I was given a combo to open the cargo bay where I found the key. The total lack of information and large delay was very disappointing. What should take 5 minutes took me over half an hour.

Customer service was excellent at Cutten Road Uhaul. We've been to uhaul Franchise on cypress north Houston and that was an awful experience. So trying another location, we were very weary. But this location on Cutten was fabulous. Many thanks.

Really appreciate the help of the guy at the center. He helped me make a reservation and then helped me fix a get a truck after a mistake was made and my reservation was cancelled. My day would have been really messed up if he had not gone above and beyond.

The gentleman that I dealt with, Ronnie, was literally the most Professional Storage/Truck Representative that I have ever (and I am 55) worked with. He was so polite and courteous. He explained every detail and walked me through the process. A call came in while I was in the process of completing my Truck Rental and he very kindly informed the person on the other end that he wanted to give them his full attention but needed to do the same with a current customer (me) and would call him back within a few minutes. I thought that was so Professional how he handled two situations at the same time with complete respect for his clients. I will, with a doubt use him again in the future and recommend him by name to all of my friends and associates. Just an All Around pleasant experience.
