This is the World Class U-Haul location, Couple who owned and operated was very loving, knowledgeable and beyond that care their Customers. Very soft and Polite towards customer. have a toll tag installed and if it needs to be used, the customer pays for the tolls during rental period on final bill. I was in the EZ Tag lane which I always use since I have toll tag, habit, and could not exit so had to continue through that lane. Now I need to call toll road authority and resolve the violation of going through without a tag.

Nice people at the drop off location!! I told them that I had trouble getting help to questions through the phone U-Haul phone system. I was on hold waiting for a real person for 15 minutes and the trainee who tried to help had to transfer me to a supervisor. We were running late to the drop-off location in Waco and we wanted to change our location...almost an hour later I didn't have a firm answer to my question if I would be charged extra if we dropped off at a different location!!....You need locations THAT ANSWER CALLs and a SHORTER WAIT TIMES to answer questions at the corporate number.

Absolutely horrible experience! To begin with the “Manger” (Sonya/Sonja) on duty was rude (couldn’t even look up to greet me when I arrived), unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. I reserved my 10’ moving van rental online the night before for an 11:30am pick-up- where it gave me this location as a pick-up choice showing the availability. Other than the confirmation email, I NEVER received any additional follow-up calls or emails leading up to the pick up. Go to pick up the van at the rental 11:30am time because I have movers arriving at 12:00pm and am told the 10’ van is not there and am told it is my fault because the email only says “preferred” location. Well when I never received any further communication this leads me to believe my truck will be available as stated. I have 30 minutes to get home to the movers and am told my only option is to drive to a Spring location to get a 10’ van or pay more money for the only available truck onsite which is 15’. The manager was completely unwilling to be of any help, give any type of discount, only showing that could care less about this and telling me I can call UHaul customer service. At 11:40am I then suddenly receive a email stating my 10’ moving van is available for pick up at the 9620 Louetta Rd location. This confirmation is TEN minutes after my pick up time, and it suddenly appears as I’m arguing with your manager. Confirming a van after my pick up window time, in another area of town, is horrible business practice. I will absolutely never use or refer this location for UHaul or Storage. Considering this is your error, I fully expect some type of compensation back from UHaul since I had to pay more money and was late to my movers from your errors and lack of communication and confirmation. I would better train your “managers” to know how to problem solve and more importantly learn how to treat your customers.

I was quoted $170 and was charged $290 by the general Manager lady at U-Haul Moving & Storage of Willowbrook  9411 FM 1960 W Houston, TX 77070. I called the 281 number thatChampion Forest Self Storage gave me and got ahold of corporate. I was told Wednesday that I would have a Manager call me within 48 hrs and I would be reimbursed. That never happened. My uhual was reserved as a one way but I was moving 2 streets up. My pick up for my uhual was set next to my new apartment and the drop off was set next to my old apartment. Wtf is going on here? I've moved with uhual many times and will never do it again.

I made a reservation for a location close to where I was. The reservation was confirmed and I had a reservation number. I show up at the location only to be told that they did not have a truck for me. I was told to call uhaul and find out where I could get a truck at. No one from Uhual EVER called to say that there would not be a truck there. I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who told me that since I was not given the guaranteed reservation pickup that i would qualify for a $50 credit. The lady explained for me to tell the person in reservations what I was told and transferred me. I then got a very RUDE representative who explained that I had selected a location but it was never guaranteed that the vehicle would be there....That would fall back on Uhaul since I was not told any differently. She refused to give the credit that I was told I would get. I then had to drive 23 minutes to the other location to pick up a truck and then drive the truck LITERALLY cross the street from the original location. If you allow the customer to select a pickup location, if that location is not available then YOUR COMPANY needs to let the customer know that. I would like a return call regarding this situation. I didn't get the code for express check-in, cab was dirty, lots of squeaks and rattles, the front left turn signal fell off when I hit a bump on the freeway. Loose steering and inconsistent brakes. Made strange sound when started up and turned off. I think it was the brakes pressuring up.
