Kimberly, our sales person is excellent. However, the vehicle suspension & steering linkage need adjustment/repair. Also the passenger side mirror needs adjustment as it will not stay in place & makes driving hazardous. The vehicle was clean. Thanks.

Gloria JThe A/C struggled pretty hard when driving over 40mph. The driver's side window needs a new knob but all else was fine although the online return process takes too long with delays regarding up loading the 8 or more pictures required before completion.
WILLIAM BThe truck AC did not work most of the time and the visor on the drivers side was broken and kept dropping down blocking the drivers vision. The tests needed to report the damages to the truck were not received for a long while after the truck pick up so I was unable to send the pictures. It seems that the rental facility should be responsible for the trucks condition not the renter.

Renting the U-Haul was easy and I love the Champions location on Cutten Road and Cypresswood. They were so professional and quick. I was in and out. I highly recommend this location. Everything about the process was easy and simple and hassle free. You have enough stress moving. This process made moving easier.
