He deserves the praise because the uhaul companys in a 10 mile radius are horrendous with customer service and when i spoke to this gentleman it was a breath of fresh air

JOSEPH OI wanna know why I was charged $280 for the return of the U-Haul because the gentleman at the first location of Rosa ferry said that I could return it anywhere because this was a local U-Haul so why did I have to pay $280

I called the nice regional customer service person, and while she was helpful, at one point told me to look for Box C to find my keys. But the boxes were numbered. How could such as dissonance occur?

Mikayla PThe early hours check in procedure was terrible. It is easier to rent a car at an airport than from U Haul. The truck smelled like smoke (someone had been smoking in the cab) and the place opened up 20 mins late (we had to wait for the guy to show because the U Haul app did not work). U Haul needs to make this right and offer me a large rebate.
Joseph WFound couple different AIR TAGS on the truck, which is consider ILLEGAL to track my location with an external device other than GPS that truck may have.
Georges NWell let’s start with I did my rental reserve on-line so this was my first time using this U-haul. This place was higher then a regular U-haul place and I ordered a Dolly for $7 but when I get there they do not have dolly so I had to uses something else that was $12 and when I ask if I could get it for the same price he said NO.Was not a Happy Customer
Jamaica WOnsite uhual manager was excellent & the service was great but the truck was dirty both inside the cabin & in the back of the truck. Broken glass in the back of the truck that I stepped on & had to clean up. Luckily no one was injured.

aqeel aIt said online that I could move a 3 bedroom home with a 20 foot truck. My 3 bedroom home was only 1360 sq feet, so it was a small one. Also, one room was a nursery so everything was small in that room and there were only a few things. I was unable to bring so many things. The movers did a great job making as much room as they could, but I ended up having to pay $300 for junk removal to come and threw away about $2000 worth of things because we have to leave the home that day. I am upset at the recommendation size because again my home was small. I also packed two cars to the brim on top of the uhaul and still did not have enough room.
