Vehicle oil life was at 0%, 1 tire on the trailer was under inflated. I had to ask for help loading the trailer at the shop when the vehicle and trailer should have been set up my U-Haul rep. I got stuck in my yard with U-Haul had to pull my self out of the yard with F150 that I was told was not strong enough to tow my vehicle I was using the U-Haul for!?

I had to clean out leftover boxes that was left behind from previous user, I was charge a fee for not filling up truck with fuel which was under quarter tank of gas and I brought it back on quarter tank and was charged I’m very upset will and will recommend anyone to this location and to top it off I inspected the truck myself so unprofessional.

They did not have the trailer ready. I have to move one trailer myself so I can get access to the one I’m getting. I did all my hook up myself. And the trailer missing one safety Chain. And a tail lamp is damage.

The agent that completed our order was not very knowledgeable. We had to move the trailer ourselves to be able to inspect it sufficiently. We also had to hitch it up ourselves. Not very customer friendly.

First off be honest about quotes prices. I was quoted 40$ but then they wanted a 80$ deposit. decided to get a tow trailer instead. Lights on the truck ended up not even working. lady was not understanding and not knowledgable at all. would never use this location again

The truck was full of trash and food crumbs. They closed over a hour early and tried to charge me for 2 days when I returned to the same day. Also tried to add the highest priced insurance when I specifically asked for none. All and all a horrible experience

Actually tell the truth if the tail lights and blinkers are not working. Listen when told if it is round trip or dropping equipment off elsewhere. Not calling and harassing customer that they haven’t returned said equipment when it was returned over a month ago and CONTINUE to charge the credit card on file to over $900 for a two day rental. Continuously called Uhaul telling them the issue and wasn’t fixed for OVER a month and card continuously charged. Extremely unhappy. Should have been free at the end but was not.

I have been charged two separate charges for a $19.99 rental. I fueled the truck upon return exactly how I received it. I have been charged $61.20 and $18.57. When I called the location, I was told they can’t see the system charges and I would have to call Uhaul. I have been on hold for 10 minutes now and no one has answered at Uhaul. I have never experienced this when it comes to charges.

The location was dirty and honestly disgusting. The women who called me and was at the counter looked like she'd rather be anywhere but there. She was no help with any questions I had. I was honestly just surprised the truck was working (even though it reeked of smoke). When I asked questions she said that I could find stuff online or that it would come in an email and didn't seem to want to answer them even if she knew the answer. I would not recommend this location to anyone and I wish I had gone somewhere else.

My uhaul kept cutting off while driving. I would crank and it would start. But every so often stop.The molding that’s around the window kept falling off. So I kept having to have to put it back on.

I will Never- Ever use U-Haul again.. Saturday 12-10-2017 I stated to representative i needed a small/med trailer to get a full size mattress and box spring and she insisted I needed a large trailer ( for only 2-items) and would not accept anything less. When i got the mattress and box spring- the trailer it was entirely TOO BIG! I could have move 3-rooms of furniture.I am very angry and dis-satisfied with your service. If the customer wants a small/med trailer that I what they should receive. No questions asked. After all I am paying for the rental..This cost me unnecessary money. I called back to U-Haul customer service upon returning the Trailer because I could not get the Trailer unhitched and the representative I spoke to was HORRIBLE! Really, really bad. (please listen to the recorded conversation). She stated she sent me 2-texts so she could get my location to send someone out and help un-attach the Trailer.. I never got any signal and stated this information to her twice. She then placed me on hold for 8-10 minutes?? DO YOU KNOW WHAT IT IS LIKE TO BE ON HOLD FOR 8--10 SOLID MINUTES! She then came back and stated there is a fee for someone to come to my location- she only wanted to send me a video. I explained the representative showed me how to unattached when i got the trailer- but not working. I got so frustrated and mad that I hung up the phone! It has been about 15-20 years since i have used U-Haul you can bet I will Never-Ever waste my money again! This was the worst experience I have ever had just to rent a trailer.. I hope you read this comment, listen to the recording and make SERIOUS changes within your organization.. Yours customers deserve much BETTER SERVICE!
