Need better tires for winter but was fine. I realize not many people use them in winter
David VSnow was not even taken off uhaul spent 2 hours trying to deice the door so it would open and had to rent for extra day due to not being able to do what I needed to do in time and customer service rep didnt specify extra time when I called due to roads being bad.
Danah SWe got moved to this location from Albany NY by uhaul so by the time my team took their (Expensive) cab out to the location it was closed. We were told we could do self pickup, but the cell coverage was not adequate to access the uhaul app. Couldn't even reach customer service. I had to call on behalf of my employees who were picking up the truck. It took over an hour. Finally they found some wifi information but it was poorly located. By then it seemed like the self pickup had timed out in the app and my employee had to reset it for a later time in order to get the lockbox open.
Molly NThere was no cell phone service to complete the transaction in the app; this would be helpful to know about in future.

Kurt HWhile this location was OK, and the people very nice, it was not my preferred pick-up location, but 50 miles out of my way. I was not informed of this until the day before I was to pick up the truck, and this caused some serious logistical problems. perhaps you can inform customers sooner if there is a change like this, so they can prepare better.
