I drove 4 hours to the van I reserved and I could not pick up the vehicle .. after a hour of talking with a representative they sent me to another location another half hour away .. the vehicles door didn’t seem to shut all the way and the van was on E . Also the check engine light was on the entire trip . It was a very bad experience especially when you spend money to reserve something and it is not ready when you get there . Very disappointed

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThis location WiFi router is too far from the spot he parks the uhual. You have to walk back and forth to attempt to get photos to load. Ultimately I stood in 28 degree weather for 45 mins on the phone with two representatives and ultimately had to just email photo later on. Compete stress
Christina WThis pick up location was self serve, meaning one’s cellphone is their sole means for check-in. In many instances self check-in may be an excellent option, however this location was very remote and had almost no cellular coverage for multiple carriers making the pickup process nearly impossible. I absolutely do not recommend using this location!
Christopher HUsed smartphone service for for the first time, followed prompts , went well. Had to use return video provided by u-haul to finish up return trip- but all went well - ✔️
