Do not rent them an unsafe vehicle.
Waited 1 1/2 hours for a uhaul person to show up and get the keys. Scheduled pick up 10am. She showed up at 11:30. We needed a dolly. No dolly! We requested 1 dozen blanket pads. There was none! They finally found 4 blanket pads. I had to go into my storage locker and find my own quilts to use. I am no happy with this uhaul location!!
The truck was not clean and several warning lights were flashing

I had ordered a dolly and I didn't get one. Some Trash was still in the truck when I got it. But the man who gave me my documents was nice. Days earlier, I talked to a regional U-Haul representative who told me she was going to upgrade my truck, but it didn't happen. She told me she would give me 50 free miles and I had to tell the man that. He gave me the miles and took $10 off of my bill when I didn't get the dolly. The regional representative and the man at the pick-up place should have communicated about my order.

Mechanically very good. Could have been cleaned inside.
The oil needed to be changed in the van I rented, but other than that, it was an excellent experience. The staff were friendly and the whole process didn't take long.

Friendly. Slightly unorganized since there are only 2 employees that seem to know how to handle the Uhaul system but overall, a good experience.
Everything was great, I experienced no problems.
I did not have a problem with my pick up location but customer service with U-Haul was horrible. We had a flat tire and U-Haul left us stranded on the side of the interstate right outside of a major city for THREE HOURS at night. When they finally arrived and changed the tire they informed us the tire was dry rotted! Not happy with U-Haul at all! Very disappointed in their service!

have the extra equipment we ordered,didn't know 10' trucks didn't have a ramp making it very hard getting large fridge in.

I don't think you should charge someone for a complete rental when they are just a couple of hours late. It took just a little longer than expected to load and unload.
i had a pretty bad experience. i picked up my uhaul signed everything and left to load it in clover, sc. I spoke to a person to book my truck & starting the morning i was suppose to move i had to make several phone calls. My name was spelled wrong, i couldnt get anyone to tell me where to drop off, i didnt get a concormation email because he entered that wrong as well. But the main problem was my drop off address was wrong also, he had me going somewhere in NC.I was told to wait until another department opened at 7am or i would be charged for dropping it at a unaproved location. And i was told this at 4am when i finished unloading & had been up all night. Both my cheraw address and the NC address were on your customer service screens. I am now getting a bill for milage. I had always used uhaul to move and i ve never had this much trouble

They called and gave us a time slot for pick up but were late.
Just continue to do what you are doing and the customers will continue to do business with Uhaul.
better explanation of what you will be paying for. The customer service at the 1800 number sucks. they don't want you to talk and ask questions and then they get loud and try to drown you out from talking. Everytime you start to ask a question they start talking and wont let you say anything. I will not recommend this to anyone else at all. I am very upset with this uhaul company.
Once I got unit packed noticed two back tires were very low. Closer inspection showed one tire had a puncture and the other had a nail. Closer scrutiny would be nice on the part of U-haul dealer.
I was overcharged on the fuel. At pickup the truck had 1/4 of tank when we returned truck it was at 1/4 tank. they charged us for for the additional 1/2 tank that the pickup location entered. I should be getting a credit.
Noticed running lights were flashing while driving down the road. MAYBE intermittent connection.
We had to drive over to another site to make payment and back to pick up truck. just a little inconvenient,
They unhooked the trailer and were very helpful.

when setting up a reservation all the information should be given out when its ordered not wait to drive 500 miles to find out the price was one thing and then find out its another. the total is xxx amount but when you get there its yyy amount.
The Truck Was Disgusting. I Had To Mop The Back Before We Used It Because I Was Covered In SOmething Sticky! The Inside Was Terrible And Had To Vacuumed. The Lady Charged Me For An Extra day Which I Requested, But I Got A Call That It Was Late And She Didn't Update It in The Computer.
The problem was not with the dealer that I picked up my equipment from it was with U-Haul itself I rented the trailer on line and when I went to get my rental the dealer was closed this was during normal business hours found out after making a call to U-Haul customer service that my pick up location had been changed I was never contacted they claimed that contact was tried but the number I provided has voicemail no one called that number . Also after I paid I was allowed to pick up my rental after business hours when I went to hook up the electrical connections for the brake lights it would not work because it was damaged. I repaired it myself because this is a safety issue. I have always used U haul not sure if I will do so again.

I had no problems, check out was fast and easy and we were hooked up and ready to go in no time!
Having separate locations for pick up and paperwork is hardly efficient.
Very helpful people!! They apologized repeatedly for the equipment that we had been given...they deserve kudos from you guys!!
