Hope RThis location was closed but had a note on the door if you have any problems to call the number but no one call or called back. I didn’t want to return the U-Haul to this place but my contract said I had too. This place cell signal was awful making it hard to complete return application and insert information. It took me over 40 minutes in the 96 degree weather to complete 4 simple steps.

Arlester STrailer was a car carrier. It was absolutely filthy. Covered in grease and grim and road nastiness. Straps and buckles were nasty as hell. Lady at lot tried to block me from washing my hands. No SOAP ! I had to get into my clean truck with greasy hands, drive with my hands using a Hardee’s bag and biscuit wrapper to a Parts house to buy GoJo hand cleaner to wash off filth. Got grease on my shirt that will NOT COME CLEAN. NAPA clerk gladly let me use their bathroom to wash off filth. Woman was NOT NICE. Opened at 9:00 am, not convenient. Two bums were sleeping in an old car without windows and tried to panhandle money from me as I waited for attendant to show up. Another bun tried to beg money when I brought trailer back. Lot was full of old tires, messy and too crowded with junk cars that did NOT even run. Rental truck park across from lot out in street. Place was a mess. Lady attendant Acted weird and hateful, acted like she was hiding something? A real fool, jerking around like she was on drugs, shifty acting as she was babysitting some brats in nasty office. I am a building contractor. I am always armed. I would not stop at this lot with out my Gun. Lady opened door a crack, peeked out door when I returned trailer, shooed me away without leaving office and made a grand gesture of LOCKING me out. She did not come out. Seems like some CRIMINAL activities going on at this shit hole of a place.

Helio WMy reservation changed to a location over an hour away because of a broken truck and no other availability......the customer service rep would not adjust to another drop off location so I spent two extra hours driving for a fault of uhaul. Not super happy.

lisa HI think they may be in the process of going out of business. They never opened while I was there. But my worst experience was trying to do the self check in. The system kept sending me verification codes, I would put them in and it would send another code. In a do loop. Tried to call the 1-800 number. The first day I was on hold for 20+ minutes and had to listen to the uhaul commercial the entire time and you can't hang up or you would lose your place in the que. Second day I was on hold for 40 minutes. The store was not open and I had to hold and listen to your commercial over and over again for the second time. I had no place to turn in the trailer and no one on the phone to talk to. My worst rental experience EVER!!!!

Andrenette HLet me start by saying, the facilities are fine. The only complaint I have is when I booked the rental, I was supposed to receive 193 miles for $189. I paid $189 but was only given 183 miles. my mileage total was 204. I was charged for an additional 21 miles making my total 197.40. I would recommend your company to make sure what is being charged matches what the customer expects to pay for. I have never had this issue before and I will probably rent from Penske in the future.

TONYA FMake sure all lights work on combo truck and trailer. Allways do a walk around. I lost an entire day due to a blown fuse. Sleeping in a empty house on the floor was not fun.

robert eMy only problem was returning in the dark. A lit parking area would have made for a better backing and unhitching. The help I received from uhaul on the phone with questions and reservation changing was excellent. Great bunch of employees. Thanks for a great experience.
David LI have rented trucks several times and although I request a location close to my destination I am always sent to Front Street. Truck was great. Edit feature on website seems iffy.
