Had rental of trailer for 24 hrs. Was charged for 2 day rental. Have video evidence of time of pick up and drop off, contacted Chaudhry farms twice, was told he would look into dispute but never called back either time.

Truck was parked in mud. Got soaked and pretty dirty trying to get pictures for the check in process. Grounds in general were trashy, grass not mowed.

I would love it if you could provide a way to get the trailer to be lifted more easily onto the trailer hitch. I’m pretty strong and there was no way I could’ve lifted the trailer up to the ball. It might have been on a downhill slope, but it took a person standing on the back of the trailer and two people to lift it onto the hitch.

Rude customer service. Only available via phone call. No one was there in person. Very rude over the phone. Got stuck in the mud twice. No clear signage. The person over the phone kept harassing me and called me 11 times in the span of 20 minutes - I kept hanging up because they were rude. The lock box with the key was stuck and rusted over and I struggled to open the lock box because of this. The office is just an empty barn with no clear entry point.

The location is very challenging to try to get equipment in and out. The trailer was used in the past to haul animals and there was mud on the floor which wasn’t ideal to pick up furniture. In the future disclosing that would be helpful. I honestly believe this location should close down or leave a few trailers for farm use only. I never do reviews but it was truly that bad of an experience.

This location was an all mud and very difficult to get around. No gravel just mud everywhere . On the website it is opened till 5pm and I was there by 430 no one was there. Very unorganized !

The owner never came out to help secure the trailer. All of the transaction took place over the phone. I connected the trailer myself. The place was a dump. I her I rented. ad called John from the u-haul location on St Rt 37 to help find the trailer I rented. John was GREAT and very helpful.

Didnt even look like a Uhaul rental place. No one onsite to help. Theres just a sign with a number to call. Had to go behind a barn to the rentals with very little room to get around. Had to hook up ourselves because no one there. We had to take pictures after hooked up and more pictures when brought it back and send pictures to someone who was offsite. Connections for lights were bent and hard to use. There was a construction crew in the way of getting to the rental equipment and they had to move. Terrible service

Wes charged for items we never received. Never showed up to hook up trailer. Never received the 50.00 that was promised.

When I dropped off trailer I called property owner on the phone because no one was present, He was very difficult to understand and just told me to drop it off in the side yard.

I tried several times to follow the online instructions to use my cell phone to check out the truck we rented since it was on a Sunday, but every time I logged in it showed "no vehicle reserved." The local office thankfully answered their phone from the number posted, and were very helpful assisting us with accessing the key box and checking us into our 26 ft truck. They even let us park our car on the premises since we were returning the rental truck back to the same location. We were even greeted by some of the farm animals ! The big truck we rented was a little daunting to drive (not really a "Gentle Ride") but was very clean and worked out just fine for what we needed. Just a helpful hint however, you need to bring your own blankets/padding and rope or straps to secure your items. A pitstop at Meijer solved that problem. Lastly, the gas tank was almost on empty when we picked up our truck, but the office manager said not to worry about filling up the tank and reassured us it was OK to return it at about the same level. I had an open trailer available to me at no cost. However, I rented this because I wanted to make sure none of my stuff got wet during transportation. Unfortunately, my things got wet there’s water leaking from the roof in at least two places. Looks like the roof been patched several times and is leaking again. This unit will need fixed prior to somebody else having the same issue as me. Can I get a credit for this rental?

Horrible experience. No one on site when arrived. Called number on building, unprofessional person answered phone with just hello, no mention of U haul, wondered if we had a wrong number, person had difficulty speaking understandable English. Answered phone with a big yawn. Took multiple attempts to open lock box to gain access to truck. 15 foot truck not clean, trash, not swept out. Returned at 415 pm, again no one on site. Returned via app but never got confirmation of return. Location had no parking, lot was in a yard that was a Muddy mess. Called next day to check on payment as it seemed as if we were overcharged. 29.95 rental and 33 miles does not equal $83. Called main u Hal 800 number to verify. Found out was charged the insurance fee that we declined. CSR was very helpful, offered to remove e the insurance but gi en the sketchiness if the person running this location and the already unethical charging of the fee I was worried they would manufacture some issue with the vehicle. Again horrible horrible horrible. Feel like my entire order should be comped.

I didn't know that I was returning this to a actual farm...with goats! I wish UHAul had stated that this location was a unstaffed location and that I would need to use the app to return the unit. It took me a few minutes to get going and the return using the app was pretty easy and straightforward. Some better sing would be helpful as I drove past the location since I was expecting a more real like location, not a barn on a farm.

I set my pick up in Delaware Ohio and than I get a email to pick up the truck at a different location this is very frustrating and poor business I may never use this company again

The hours for this location are 9:00 am to 5:00 pm but when I tried to return the equipment at 4:30 pm, nobody was there and I couldn’t reach anyone by phone. Used the uhaul app and it was terrible. It got hung up and I ended up having to call the customer service hotline and wait on hold for 20 minutes to make sure the return went through. Also, this location is a farm with a mowed field and the mosquitos were horrible!! Would not rent from this location again.

The drop off location was also a very convenient location. I dropped off the trailer at approximately 3:30 pm on July 27. The issue I had was that there was no staff present. There was a phone number posted which I called. I was told where on the lot to drop the trailer. The tongue weight of the 6 x 12 is considerable. Lifting it off the ball requires appreciable strength. I did it but suspect there are many potential customers who could not do that. Other than that, the whole experience was fine

It was difficult to know where to enter, and where drop the trailer, and not clear where an office was ( it seemed like a private residence). Otherwise it was easy and convenient.

First trick a received died on me within a mile The replacement was missing a window handle , was damaged on the side and missing a blinker on the front
