The owner never came out to help secure the trailer. All of the transaction took place over the phone. I connected the trailer myself. The place was a dump. I her I rented. ad called John from the u-haul location on St Rt 37 to help find the trailer I rented. John was GREAT and very helpful.
chris sDidnt even look like a Uhaul rental place. No one onsite to help. Theres just a sign with a number to call. Had to go behind a barn to the rentals with very little room to get around. Had to hook up ourselves because no one there. We had to take pictures after hooked up and more pictures when brought it back and send pictures to someone who was offsite. Connections for lights were bent and hard to use. There was a construction crew in the way of getting to the rental equipment and they had to move. Terrible service
