The location is directly off of Rt 36 between Delaware OH and Marysville OH. Parking the truck is a challenge. There was no place fior my wife, who was following me in her car, to park her car safely and wait. Getting back on the highway required us to back out of the drive onto a busy 2 lane highway. No recommendations for improvement.

Ranga AThey need to get some outside lights there. I mean, I had to take photos of the truck in the dark because they have no outside lights and it's dark dark out there and he needs to check like the oil in that truck because it was like ticking a little bit. I don't know if that's just how the truck is, but I'd haven't checked the oil in it to make sure.
Robert CNot a great idea for you guys to change the pickup location last minute and then make it in the middle of nowhere. That's a danger to my safety.
Grace CI was not met at the location by agent. We communicated via phone. Pickup place was muddy due to recent rain. I had to step through mud and high grass to get the trailor. I was not happy!
