I pleasure of working with Haley and Taylor, and because of them I have already recommended Cheaper by the Minute to 3 other friends for any Uhaul needs. In under 5 minutes and over the phone, Haley had my truck reserved, and paperwork almost finished by the time I got to her location! I was stressed and tired from moving and she just took care of everything so smoothly and for almost 40$ less than a different representative/location from 2 days before. She made sure things were clearly explained and options given. I only needed the 10 ft box truck for a few hours and when I returned it after hours I had to park it in a different location, put the keys in the wrong location, and forgot to systematically return it. The next day, I went in to Cheaper by the Minute to explain and to make sure that the truck was OK and Taylor helped me and just truly impressed me with her commitment to great customer service. Even being a new employee, she made sure everything regarding the truck was correctly adjusted so I wasnt overcharged. She then made sure I knew of the Uhaul/Cheaper by the Minute locations and the different options that they offered. Overall, I was treated so well by Haley and Taylor that I will not be going to any other Uhaul locations. I have already recommended and referred this company to several people.

Onsite AM opening at 10;30 AM PST is unrealistic, my order number was jocked to a new U Haul late the day before - TIME ZONE- not considered, The young Lady did come early when I phoned my opening time and the 10:30 AM PST concerns, she was very accomindating, polite courtous and professional. The gentleman on the phone I called was insulting, bamed me for time connect problems, remarked sarcasticly about time zones in this country and me being ignorant of them
