Despite a mix up on Uhaul's fault, the owner of this site went above and beyond to get me my rental truck. It did take about 45 minutes to get my reservation figured out, the owner was very helpful.

The location itself was great, wonderful helpful staff. Convenient location and the truck was clean. U-Haul it's self would get a 1 star. App was glitching out and I couldn't get the truck returned on time because of that. Picking up the truck was a 20min process and did require a call to costumer service. I returned the truck with more gas in it then when I picked it up and was still charged a gas fee.
Melissa LI did not return the truck at this location. It was a one-way rental to Bend Oregon.
