Make sure the worker gives CORRECT information about drop-off. They told us that there were no fees to drop it off anywhere but there were and they had us go to a location that was not found on Google maps to get the truck to bring it back to them.Austin P.

The Tusc location was great. The phone gets answered, the trucks were clean, I had zero trouble and the woman helping was great. On the other hand, the columbus rd location is HORRIBLE. This was the fifth terrible experience I had with them. On August 1st: I waited in the store a half an hour waiting to be helped. The help suggested i wait around to see if the truck was being returned even though i reserved it at least 24 hours before. They didn't care if i waited all day there bc i asked if i could bc i drove 30 minutes and needed to move. He said he would call when it got back. We called 2 hours later. He said 2 more hours and he would call! He never called. My move day was screwed. I call ( for the fourth time) the same day to reschedule bc 6 hours passed . No one ever answerred the phone. I was on hold 25 minutes! my reserved truck was never returned. I was never called , accomodated, or apologized to. I tried to call Columbus rd on the 7th and schedule again bc they are the closest to me. and they said there was nothing they can do . They wouldn't check my account , take a complaint and refused to be accountable bc â€œ there is nothing they can do and no one to tell.â€ Whatever. Don't forget the truck with the blown tire you tried to give me and blame me for. Or the extra money i got charged for the wrong truck and dolly i didn't ask for. And the 3 ppl in front of me clearly had been screwed over too. Tell the employees to go work at Walmart and get people who answer your phones instead of holding up the counter staring at their own. No one knew anything and couldn't figure out what was going on. Get it together Columbus rd ðŸ¤¬ASHLEY D.
The truck literally sounded like it was falling apart. The rail never came out the whole entire time I had the truck which made it so hard to move, there was trash and spit bottles left in the uhaul. And It took almost 45 minutes to check my truck out because the website wasn't working.Taryn S.

First the truck we reserved was not available. Then the rate and mileage were charged at a rate higher then the rate reserved. And when I returned the vehicle at 2pm when scheduled the agent was rude and had attitude. She told me that we were good with the billing and let me leave. She doesn't check in the vehicle till 5pm creating another daily charge to the bill.Angela R.

Be honest...I reserved a truck and when I got there they didnt have the truck I reserved 15' so he said that he would charge me for the 15(29.95)...but he charged me for the 17(39.95)...when I reserved it said that it would be 31 and some change..i could have went to another location for the simple fact we had to wait for him to return to the store!! I called customer service and some how we got diconnected...he didnt even use my reserve he made another one and I told him I reserved a 15 footer for 3:30...Kala H.

Get rid of this location worse location I have ever been at I had to hook up my own trailer in the rain with no help and had drive through the grass because it was blocked in by u haul truck. The truck bed was filled with debris and previous customer contents (dental floss picks and little girls broken toys). I had to clean the bed before I felt okay to load with my contents. My first drop off location was 1303 e Tuscarawas and it was surrounded by crack heads in the ghetto. There was no drop off key box and there was not anyone at the business. When I called in for another location the uhaul agents were rude and the second one hung up on me. I have used uhaul over 6 times in the past couple of years and have come to expect better.eric C.
