Charged for 15 miles I didn't do and for cleaning of the truck that was dirty when I got it and was not cleaned after I returned it. They rented it out as soon as I brought it back. Charged me for the insurance when I told him no. This is a bad location. I have never been treated so badly by your company like I was here.

There was no dolly in the truck, not cleaned out from previous user, the moving cloth bag was open and cloths falling out everywhere upon opening of the truck. Not well kept or maintained. I will never use UHaul again. Far too much money to not have everything we needed and have to clean it out ourselves.

Truck was not at pick up place were the online direction was saying to pick it up had to go to another place to get truck by the time I got done finding wher the truck was I lost my moving crew so i lost a day was not happy

The overall renting experience was less than desirable. We completed the rental process online requesting and expecting to pick up the truck at the Whipple location. When we arrived at the designated pickup time, the staff at the Whipple location told us our rental was sent to the Tuscarawas location, which I never would have agreed to not selected. I'll be using another service in the future and suggesting that my friends and family do the same.

Truck cab was dirty, had cigarette ashes on the floor. There was also a candy wrapper on the floor. The location also did not include my appliance dolly I requested for my move. U haul did reimburse me for that, but it caused a lot of extra work during our move.

Your app was not up and running correctly therefore it took me over an hour to actually acquire my truck. Luckily the store owner opened an hour earlier than what was indicated on the website, because he knew that people had been experiencing issues with the self check in. Going through Uhual was a terrible experience as I was hung up on twice by customer service, then the third time was told sorry there was nothing they could do. I should have been refunded in full for all the hassle I had to go through especially being 9 months pregnant, I didn't need this headache.

First of all when I went to book the rental it ended up booking an extra rental at a different location for a different size vehicle at the exact same time so that had to be cancelled then we go to pick the rental up we were stuck in the rain waiting for the 24/7 representative to confirm everything which she took her sweet time once I get to the truck there's Dents & Dings all over it you get inside the cab and it reeks like cigarettes and there is dirt and crumbs all over the floor there is different articles of clothing from the previous renters there is a photograph of someone's daughter's Middle School picture the back of the truck was covered in dirt it is definitely not been swept out I guess overall the 24-hour service is definitely lacking and needs major Improvement in that specific location they need to invest way more time into the care and upkeep these vehicles I would definitely not rent from that location again there's one just around the corner there's a thousand times better I definitely learned my lesson

This location over charged me. I addition they charge me another days rental for returning the truck a hour later than estimated. They are very dishonest people. Its happen to others at that same location, but i didn't think it would happen to me. So please don't let them swindle you !

Don't mislead customers upfront by not telling them that the tow mode by default is on and causes the truck not to shift correctly. Inspect the mechanics of the vehicle, because ours would not go out of second gear even after taking the tow mode off. Unfortunately the vehicle that we got seem like it ate through gas even though we only went 9 miles. Unfortunately this recent experience kind of makes me want to refer other people two other types of truck rental services.

Make sure the store is open when customers arrive at their specified reservation time. Make sure trucks are clean and sanitary before each use.

Every thing was wrong.I reserved a enclosed trailer and they tried to give me a open trailer.They finally fixed it and I got the right trailer but they gave me the wrong paper work I had a hard time returning the trailer I had to call the main number for U-Haul and get it fixed the over all experience was very stressful.I rented Uhauls before and never had a problem.I don’t think I will rent Uhaul again to many problems.The person at Georgetown shell was so helpful after I explained my problem.

I had set up automatic sign in from my phone. I arrived at 9am when truck was ready for pickup. The app told me to pick up the keys from the sales counter, but the building was closed and locked. I saw several other customers try to enter the building and left when it was locked. I tried calling uhaul scheduling and they suggested that I wait around until 10am. Somebody finally came and unlocked and opened the building at 9:37am. Once I went in, the worker told me they couldn't find my uhaul reservation. I tried explaining that I checked in myself and had already paid and just needed the keys. After another 15 minutes and his phone call to uhaul in which they said that I already checked in and just needed the keys, I finally got the keys. I was finally able to drive the truck away an hour after it was planned and had to calmly explain the situation to my family and friends who were now waiting over an hour to help me move. I wasn't happy with the service at all. The truck was clean and emptied, but wreaked of smoke. It was 45 degrees outside, but I had to drive with the windows down because it smelt so bad. After the whole experience, I have determined that I will just bite the bullet next time I move and hire actual movers who will show up on time and not make me sit in a stinky cab.

Requested a 4pm pickup, was told they could do 4:30. Called the morning of to confirm 4:30 an they said yes... said someone had the truck until 4 but that they would call and make sure they knew to have it back on time. Got to location at 4:30 and the truck wasn't there. They called the person who was supposed to return it by 4pm and he said he thought he had until 6pm to return it. Said it would be 25 minutes before he could get it there. Left to go run some errands and came back around 5:45. Truck was there, but the paperwork was taking forever. Received a voicemail while there that my reservation had been cancelled since I did not pick the vehicle up by 4:30, even though I tried. Folks working said it was fine, but the cancellation caused them to have to redo all the paperwork so it took much longer than we would have liked to get the keys and get going (considering we were already behind schedule since the truck wasn't there when it was supposed to be). Folks working were very nice and apologetic. Is just frustrating the customer didn't return on time and caused delays in the plans we had. Probably won't rent with Uhaul again.

I was under the impression i had the truck for the whole day, and just needed to return it by the time the store closed which was 6pm. I returned the truck at 5pm and was told it needed to be back by 4. I was charged an extra full day's rental for returning the truck an hour late.
