Van was dirty inside and out. I personally don’t care really but just letting others know. Checking in for the van ended up taking 45 minutes due to problems with the website and being on a phone. Had to cancel the entire reservation and redo it in-person with the guy there. Got billed for the rental 2 times so that’s and issue i’m in the process of resolving. Probably won’t rent another uhaul.

I got charged twice for the trip. Please cancel one transaction. Once online and once offline. I had provided card details online while booming and I was asked to pay offline also. Please correct it.

First of all the place on Agent Ferry Rd Raleigh, I started to drop the truck Friday night but their parking lot had people hanging around the shopping center, spooky. After dropping the truck Saturday morning I received a call from a number 9195184557 in Raleigh it is another U-haul. Store she asked me where the truck was so I told her I had already dropped the truck. She yelled and told me it was going to cast me a bunch of money seating me then she hung up on me. For a whole hour I worried until I called them back to find out everything was ok and then grunted like l waisted her time! No don't go their!

When I picked up the truck, I was supposed to get three bags of pads with 12 pads in each. When I got them, I got 13 pads total. Also, I ordered a utility dolly and a furniture dolly but when I got to the store, the store manager did not let me take the furniture dolly because “it was his last one”.

I paid for a dolly that was not included with the truck. I filed a report saying I did not get the dolly. I still was charged for it. The windshield wipers on the truck did not work because there was a blown fuse. I of course did not realize this until it was pouring down rain and I could not see. I asked the gentleman if the truck had straps to secure the furniture, which he assured me it did. It did not.

The website for early check in had one issue where the photo would not show anything but a black screen. Customer service responded to my chat after about 3 minutes. Their service was good.

The app would not let me get the vehicle so I had to go inside and it took about 30 minutes for the guys to figure out how to give me the keys to the vehicle. I hope I was not charged twice for the one rental.

Uhaul has gotten to be very expensive.. you guys advertise a $20 deal but nothing is $20 I spent $99 to use a truck for one day and I only went about a 5 mile radius.... ridiculous I chose uhaul cuz I thought yal had the best prices I guess not

I rented a cargo van to move a queen bed. My trip totaled 6 miles (391 when I picked up the truck to 397 on the odometer when I returned it; this is also stated on the contract). The fuel gauge when I picked it up was slightly under 3/4 but the paperwork had shown exactly 3/4. I put $2 even in the tank before returning the vehicle from my 6 mile round trip. When I got my contract after my use, it showed a charge for 1.5 gallons of fuel at a rate of 3.75 a gallon. The GMC Van I used averages 13.5 MPG, my trip could have maybe consumed half a gallon at most, but I also put nearly a gallon in the tank myself. 1.5 gallons should stretch 20.25 miles in the aforementioned vehicle, but as is shown in the contract, I drove SIX MILES and put gas back in. I contacted customer service and explained this and they were polite, and said they would send it over to the regional office or wherever. Cesar Posada, who I assume is this regional person, emailed me back and said it’s on me since I signed the contract. This is basic math and it doesn’t add up on your end. 6 miles cannot possibly translate into 1.5 gallons, even if I hadn’t put more fuel than I had even used back in the tank. I don’t appreciate being scammed.

I needed my vehicle at 930a. I used the app for the first time. When I arrived, the vehicle wasn't ready. I waited for over 20 minutes for the proprietor to arrive at the location. At that time, I was asked to come inside to complete the paperwork, completely defeating the purpose of your app. Just overall a bad experience at this location and with the "mobile experience"

I was never quoted a price when I signed up for the truck. I wrongly assumed that the price would be for 1 day rental plus mileage. However, one way rentals are handled entirely different. I coat me well over twice what I was expecting.

The turn in was awful... your site didn't let me record the odometer etc and I had to spend way too much time turning the truck in. Location itself and service great, but across the city. Please Make turnin in easier.

The U-haul Representative was very unfriendly. He made me leave with the truck from the parking lot in a hurry so that he could park other trucks. I was trying to set up the mirrors and seats but because of his inhospitable nature I moved the truck outside and then had to do everything in some other parking lot.

I tried to not use this location due to poor reviews, but the location I booked with didn't have the equipment and transfered me here. The cab of the truck was filthy and looks as if it hasn't been cleaned in a month. The box was also filthy. I ordered a dolly and 2 dozen furniture pads with the 15' truck, and neither the pads nor the dolly were provided. When I came to return the truck, there was barely enough room to park. By the time I was in the only spot available; I had 2 foot gaps between the next truck and a light pole cable.

The truck that I requested was not available, so I was downgraded to a smaller size for the same price. On top of that, the size was misleading, as several feet were only available as "mother's attic" and not the full height of the truck.

Slow customer service. Non functioning computer system, had to perform check in on my phone even though I had to go into the office to check out my equipment. Representative had a poor understanding of the contract.

It was extremely difficult to understand the owner because of the glass barrier and no speaking holes in the glass. I had to guess at most of what he said. The store was also very small and hot.
