This location had a great customer service she was very helpful and understood the situation regarding location drop and she seen it was sent to me by uhual and still wasn’t put in the system but she figured out a way to returned it to her location due to the mishap. A++ customer service. Extremely recommended.

Mercedes MThis location was great, but you should know the real problem is in your traffic office. A woman hung up on me with no provocation, just her being unwilling to listen to a customer. RUDE. She should never be allowed to be part of any answering service again. And when I called back, the phone rang forever and a new woman answered laughing as they were talking about me...then that woman refused to give me the other woman's name but "assured" me they would address they way she spoke to me and ended the call.
