Tight squeeze in between so many vehicles they are repairing

No one was present when I arrived. Waited over 30 minutes. When the agent arrived and I was given the keys I opened the cargo van doors and the vans interior was absolutely disgusting. It was filthy and I brought this to the attention of the attendant. He looked into the van as if it were no big deal and said "ok". Ok what sir? Your equipment is absolutely filthy. He had another cargo van that was not rented out on the lot which I inquired about and he was not willing to switch me to. This was a HORRIFIC experience for me and i will NEVER rent from this location again. I was totally DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!

Great experience overall! The staff are very friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with anything I needed. The location is central and convenient, making it easy to get around. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a welcoming atmosphere and excellent service.

When I picked up the u haul the customer service was great .The experience drop off was not I got a call saying the truck I turned in wasn't the right you u haul them she wanted me to call the first u haul and ask about the truck she wanted me to do her job very unprofessional

I had ordered and paid for a 15 ft truck with 12 furniture pads and 2 furniture dollies. I only got 7 furniture pads and zero furniture dollies. I called the owner as soon as I opened the truck and realized this, and he told me I would get refunded for the furniture pads and dollies that I never got. Moving my furniture became much more difficult and I haven’t received my refund.
