Very rude, and untimely. Was not at the office at the pick up time.

Michael OI also purchased the ball hitch - but it was not clear that that was to be picked up at a different location than the trailer. Otherwise picking up the hitch and the trailer was easy.

Ron PThe cargo door has rust accumulation at the hinges. It was impossible for me to open and both of the guys that were helping me had a hard time opening it as well. We found a can of chew and a half bottle of water in the cab. Otherwise my experience with this location has been pretty awesome

Shaula CI work for U-Haul dealer out of Anaconda and Butte Montana and was supposed to get 25% discount but only received $14.00 so that’s super disappointing. I also brought back two days early so feel that the cost was super inflated! However, the gal at the pick up location was very friendly and helpful.

Michael WWiper blades were worn and headlights were pointed down, couldn't see in front of us safely during the rainy night drive. The check out and in went smoothly. Spent less than 10 minutes checking the truck out.

Rachael WThe truck did not have a dolly as I requested, and the self service app still charged me for it despite uploading a picture showing that it was not present. The windshield wipers were not lifted in an ice storm, so they froze to the windshield. The spring in the latch was worn, so it was very difficult to secure the loading door. The operator was nice, and the location is convenient.
Julia DThe person was very nice at the office but she was leaving right as I was doing my online check out. I cannot fault the person since she was not available to help me with the issue. Had to transfer to another uhaul since everything was not documented correctly. Resulting in an hour delay. Great customer service on the phone besides the line always disconnecting during transfer or hold. Resulting in 4 back to back calls to service center.
Yuly YThe only problem I had was with the the app to confirm the license plate and upload photos. It failed, then expired.
John RI dropped off after hours (and early) and dropped off keys in dropbox. They had issues closing out return and it took me multiple calls to get resolve to show I returned truck. I wish they had taken added customer service and initiative to call Uhaul corporate for help instead me having to do so many followups and get worried I would get in trouble for a falsely reported no return. Was very stressful for me.

Karo TWe really liked the vehicle and it was great for our moving needs. I was disappointed that we paid $29 a day, plus mileage and were asked to wash it inside when I checked in the day before to extend it a day. We weren’t told upfront we needed to wash it out. We don’t live here, so we had to pay to wash it out at a car wash and it put 20 more miles on it to take it to the car wash so it added an additional $26 to our rental. Other than that it was a good experience. The office ladies were good.

ron rEven though I reserved the truck online in advance, it took over 30 minutes to actually check out due to issues with the computer system at the rental store. This delayed our move unnecessarily. My credit card was also charged twice for an amount not disclosed in the agreement. The truck worked well but the rental experience was frustrating.
CRAIG AThey we great! I dropped it off at this location by mistake, but they contacted Uhaul and helped get it sorted out so I didn't have to drive it somewhere else! Very sweet and helpful~!

wayne rwent to pickup a vehicle in the office. why bother, they make you use the app do everything. then had to wait for the office lady to check to have an alternate contact. my primary is my cell. if i give you a alternate it will not get to me directly.

Kenny MI was given wrong price quote. I made a reservation 2 weeks prior to pick up got told 3 days before that there were no trucks for me but I could drive 50 miles away from where I needed to be. Not haply with uhaul.
CHRIS PThe vehicle had been dropped off after hours the evening before. I was there to pick it up first thing in the morning. The previous renter did not leave the vehicle clean, in fact the back storage cabin was quite dirty. The workers offered to mop it out and did so making it desirable to then pack my belongings in. I appreciated their customer service.

Jesse AWindshield wiper on right was not working and couldn’t be fixed. Customer service at this location was good but calling uhaul 1-800- was not satisfactory. I waited for a long time 2 different calls, was transferred 3x’s got a gal out of tigard, tualatin who said she would fix price error but did not. Truck needs running boards even for 6 ft person
