The people who run it are rarely there. I was given the wrong lockbox code and since they were closed again, it took me over 40 minutes to reach someone to help me.

Rachael WThe truck did not have a dolly as I requested, and the self service app still charged me for it despite uploading a picture showing that it was not present. The windshield wipers were not lifted in an ice storm, so they froze to the windshield. The spring in the latch was worn, so it was very difficult to secure the loading door. The operator was nice, and the location is convenient.

Had to transfer to another uhaul since everything was not documented correctly. Resulting in an hour delay. Great customer service on the phone besides the line always disconnecting during transfer or hold. Resulting in 4 back to back calls to service center.
Yuly YThe only problem I had was with the the app to confirm the license plate and upload photos. It failed, then expired.
John RI dropped off after hours (and early) and dropped off keys in dropbox. They had issues closing out return and it took me multiple calls to get resolve to show I returned truck. I wish they had taken added customer service and initiative to call Uhaul corporate for help instead me having to do so many followups and get worried I would get in trouble for a falsely reported no return. Was very stressful for me.

Karo TWe really liked the vehicle and it was great for our moving needs. I was disappointed that we paid $29 a day, plus mileage and were asked to wash it inside when I checked in the day before to extend it a day. We weren’t told upfront we needed to wash it out. We don’t live here, so we had to pay to wash it out at a car wash and it put 20 more miles on it to take it to the car wash so it added an additional $26 to our rental. Other than that it was a good experience. The office ladies were good.

ron rEven though I reserved the truck online in advance, it took over 30 minutes to actually check out due to issues with the computer system at the rental store. This delayed our move unnecessarily. My credit card was also charged twice for an amount not disclosed in the agreement. The truck worked well but the rental experience was frustrating.
CRAIG AThey we great! I dropped it off at this location by mistake, but they contacted Uhaul and helped get it sorted out so I didn't have to drive it somewhere else! Very sweet and helpful~!

wayne rwent to pickup a vehicle in the office. why bother, they make you use the app do everything. then had to wait for the office lady to check to have an alternate contact. my primary is my cell. if i give you a alternate it will not get to me directly.

Kenny MI was given wrong price quote. I made a reservation 2 weeks prior to pick up got told 3 days before that there were no trucks for me but I could drive 50 miles away from where I needed to be. Not haply with uhaul.
CHRIS PThe vehicle had been dropped off after hours the evening before. I was there to pick it up first thing in the morning. The previous renter did not leave the vehicle clean, in fact the back storage cabin was quite dirty. The workers offered to mop it out and did so making it desirable to then pack my belongings in. I appreciated their customer service.

I waited for a long time 2 different calls, was transferred 3x’s got a gal out of tigard, tualatin who said she would fix price error but did not. Truck needs running boards even for 6 ft person

Darrian QI have rented a van here twice and both times it has taken over half an hour to get the keys - the app has had many issues and this last time there was an issue with the vehicle not being in the system which completely prevented the app from working but with no explanation. I don't know how much of this is the fault of this location specifically or U-Haul in general. I won't be using this location again, but I will probably give a different U-Haul location one more chance.
Miles CLori on the phone and Mona at the facility were over-the-top awesome and helpful and friendly. Made my move so easy and took away a lot of stress. The truck was kind of messy and I was concerned about the gas mileage of this particular truck. Other than the mpg, the truck performed well. All in all, I love UHaul!

KIMBERLY WRequested I drop here instead of my preferred place then charged me $0.40 for the additional mile I had to drive to drop off. It's not the amount, it's the ingratitude and pettiness.
Michael EStaff and vehicle were outstanding. However, the 9’ Van I reserved not been returned. They substituted a slightly larger truck (only option they had). I would have appreciated some notice regarding the van not being available so I could have made other arrangements.

JOSE JI returned the truck Sunday AM before they open for business but they didn't check it in until 11:13 am , therefore charging me for an extra day. Had I known this would be the case, I wouldn't have rented it from there. I would have rented from the 12th St SE location, Even though it's further from my home they have more convenient hours and a much better lot.

Andrew MWe returned the truck after hours so it was dark and there was no staff. The only parking space was between 2 other trucks and pretty narrow but hubby brought his A-game and slid our truck right in there. Had to fold the mirrors to have room to open the door to get out of the truck. Oh well, all worked out.

Melissa CNoticed the driver's side front tire was a little low on air. When I checked it leaving Salem, OR. it had 30 PSI (tire called for 80 PSI). Monitored it all the way back to Auburn and it never lost any air.

SHERI MInstructions for equipment turn in after hours failed to send via text. Representative was really kind. She let my friend wait in the van instead of in the rain with her dog while I was finishing checking in. Due to the malfunction in the system saying that I ordered furniture pads, she let me rent the dolly for free. Will be going back here for future uhaul needs.
June CThe nice woman was out of the office on premises, so I had to wait half an hour. It would have been nice to beable to page or call her to speed up my check out but other than that snafu it was great!
