We reserved a 26’ with 24 hour pickup up two weeks in advance. Were called three days before and were informed that we could only get a 20’ unit. Then, we were called the day before pick up that they do not offer 24 hour pickup up, and we had two hours to go and get the unit before they closed or we couldn’t get the unit until after 9:30 am. We had movers scheduled for 8:00 AM. We also wanted a dozen blankets to wrap our furniture, we showed up, and they had none. Not sure if this is this particular locations problem or your website.

One of the safety hooks was discovered damaged at the time of pickup. This should have been addressed earlier. This hook will need to be replaced although it managed somehow to remain attached the entire trip. Trailer was otherwise in good condition

The area the Trailers were parked in was thick with mosquitoes and the hitches were on the ground in the dirt. Not that either was terrible but try to lift the 12x6 trailer was not a one person task from ground level, assisted by an employee helped but both of us were covered in mosquitoes after getting the hitch locked in. Overall great experience just a few suggestions, if possible move equipment from the wood line, and maybe a block or something to help with a single person trying to lift to the hitch. Again Great Staff and Great Location.

The truck itself was exceedingly bouncy. We had a 12 hour move very uncomfortable. It was missing a windshield wiper and quite dirty inside.

Stop nickeling and diming your damn customers. Moving is stressful enough without having to worry about all your bullshit charges. Shame on you for preying on poor people that can't afford a proper moving company.
