They changed me $100 more than I was supposed to pay the truck seemed like it was falling apart and the fuel efficiency never touched the green zone

Mark BWe reserved a 26’ with 24 hour pickup up two weeks in advance. Were called three days before and were informed that we could only get a 20’ unit. Then, we were called the day before pick up that they do not offer 24 hour pickup up, and we had two hours to go and get the unit before they closed or we couldn’t get the unit until after 9:30 am. We had movers scheduled for 8:00 AM. We also wanted a dozen blankets to wrap our furniture, we showed up, and they had none. Not sure if this is this particular locations problem or your website.
James AOne of the safety hooks was discovered damaged at the time of pickup. This should have been addressed earlier. This hook will need to be replaced although it managed somehow to remain attached the entire trip. Trailer was otherwise in good condition
