The app would not load the camera despite giving permission on my phone. As a result, I was unable to pick up and drop off using the app. It wasn't an issue with the pickup since they staff was available and a pleasure to work with. They were friendly and efficient. The drop off was after hours. Just improve the app and all would be great. Thanks.

The lady who worked the front desk was very nice and helpful! The guy that hooked it up for me was very nice as well and lent me his electrical insert for the brakes because I didn’t know where mine was. Very nice people to work with and I’d rent from there again.

We had the absolute best customer service experience with Bar and I believe David. Bar was AMAZING!! We had a very rough move and she made the rental situation PERFECT! I will recommend Chesapeake Rental to anyone I know that needs a rental truck or any other rental they offer. Absolutely exceptional.

The company I was supposed to be starting a new job tomorrow actually called about an hour after we picked up the truck saying that they were holding the job for a month so we actually brought the U-Haul back soon as we got the notice from the company. U-Haul needs to take their old trucks out of service. The tow haul switch does not work on the U-Haul which means you get worse gas mileage. The air conditioning did not work properly and this truck has $145,000 mi on it. Plus you guys charge $1.29 a mile Penske charges $0.99 a mile and their trucks are all new! I will never rent another U-Haul!

Have the van that you order at location. I took a larger one but not all people are comfortable with driving a bigger truck. The ac did not work well. It was over all a good experience.
