The trailer I rented did not come with a tongue jack or stand of any kind. This should have been made clear on the Uhaul website, and informing customers that their own personal car jack would be required. I also recommend Uhaul investing in tongue jacks/stands for the size of trailer I rented to make it easier on customers to attached/detach the trailer.

Went and made a reservation the night before and when I went to pick it up they took a 100 dollar deposit because I used a prepaid card that was ok then I found out I couldn’t fit behind the wheel so I had to get the transaction canceled and make a new on under my friend so then the took another 96 dollar deposit and said the first one would come back to me but never did I tried to dispute it with cash app but they said the documents they found say I had two transactions and I didn’t so I’m out 100 dollars .
