Having the same price not different online Price
NICHOLAS MThere was an issue on the Rental Suppliers side, they said that my vehicle was not rated for the trailer even though the website and the U-Haul app told me otherwise. The person that I worked with was able to resolve this issue but they had mentioned this was a common issue when customers rented the Toy-Hauler Trailer. Overall, I had a good experience at this location and this small mishap only costed a few minute delay. Thank you.

STEVEN KPassenger side tires were worn status of wheel bearing maintenance was unknown. Trailer was fully loaded and made 700 mile trip without incident.
Robyn FThe guy was trying as he was new. I’ve traveled many places with uhaul and would never ever recommend this place. He didn’t know what he was doing, attempted to overcharge me, the chains were too long and would’ve sparked dragging on the ground unless I asked him to fix it, never checked the lights, never took pictures, never opened the door without me asking, there were TONS of cloth protectors inside (about 2 boxes full) and he wouldn’t take them out to make room for my stuff without me insisting. He said he didn’t know where he’d put them!! I said in your waiting room? They were not friendly. Never again. Remove them from your placement or you may have liability issues.
