Let them put gas in it. They credited me the gas I put into it but I still got it on empty. They were really nice though and explained the situation so at least I was reimbursed for returning it with over a quarter tank of gas.

NICHOLAS MThere was an issue on the Rental Suppliers side, they said that my vehicle was not rated for the trailer even though the website and the U-Haul app told me otherwise. The person that I worked with was able to resolve this issue but they had mentioned this was a common issue when customers rented the Toy-Hauler Trailer. Overall, I had a good experience at this location and this small mishap only costed a few minute delay. Thank you.
