The truck was dirty. My legs stuck to the seats. Someone had eaten cany in the truck and there was a sticky residue on the wheel. The seat was hard to adjust. The side mirrors were dirty. I was informed that there was not a ramp but I didnt receive a discount. I over filled the gas tank but they didnt care. I arrived early to check in but because the gal that typically checks people in was off that particular day the mgr had a hard time checking me in. It took over an hour before I actually left wirh rhe truck. The truck is most def not sound proof and I could hear ALL outside noise and FEEL every crack in your San Antonio pot hole filled roads. It was a horrific experience! I would not rent from UHaul nor this Chevron EVER again.

EMILIO GThe associate at this location made a mistake and rented our reserved truck to another customer. They gave us a new truck but billed us for the other customer's truck AND our new truck! I'm still trying to get my charges reversed.
KENDAL DIt is important not to mislead customers. I was told the gas tank was full and it wasn't. I was told the tires were okay and the check tire pressure light was on. I was told everything was okay with the truck and the gears were slow and would drag before charging. And, after all that, I wasn't offered any discount or refund.

LEXUS ONeed to explain that the $45. Insurance coverage is per day which I was not told at the time of rental. If that would have been explained I would not have taken it. BIG SURPRISE on the final bill.
