Anthony HThe person inside the store wasn't helpful. I intentionally chose in store check in, and the guy inside kept telling me to type in a code to get the key out to get the uhaul. I was there for over an hour trying to figure out how to get the code from the uhaul help phone number. The inside of the truck was not clean. It had trash in the cup holder, dirt all over the floor, and the inside had a PVC pipe in it. Other things that went wrong that had nothing to do with this site: 1. My location to pick up the truck changed multiple times 2. The app didn't work too take pictures of license plate and damages before leaving the site
Terry FI paid 205.00 for a 10 foot studio apartment truck to drive to Columbus Ga and on top of having to replace the gas was also charged an extra 65 dollars for supposedly going over mileage when this was not mentioned to me at the time of truck rental and I gave them the location I would be dropping the truck off too! Never again because if that went over the mileage I should have been told that in the beginning and never would have gotten the truck! Over 300 dollars to rent a truck is INSANE!!
sierra sThe attendant did not know what he was doing. He called someone at least 25 times that did not answer. We rented the 12 blankets; but they only had 5. We still have not received the receipt for rental payment.

Carolyn COur pick up time was 1:30 and because of an error on U-Haul's end we didn't get the key until around 2:15. It was very frustrating.
JARED KDrop off was at a gas station, but the attendant wasn’t familiar with the return process. He did make a call and got us taken care of.
