How U-Haul Reviews Worklocation was ok and easy to get to , but no help from the people there. we were told we had to call CS, CS told us we had to talk to the person in the store. We wanted to rent extra equipmenment. You would think they would want the money.
CAROLYN CI told them during contract and you don't see what their putting on their phone but I told them that I was using my own insurance end I was charge the uhaul insurance. Very disappointed in the extra charge of $15:00 .
LARHONDA JWas ok. This was the 3rd location I was routed to. I tried to self self service, didn't work. Man in the store had difficulty answering my questions so I still had to call.
