Location staff was outstanding, courteous, cheerful, and helpful. However DO NOT CHOOSE MOBILE PICKUP, the mobile pickup experience is time-wasting, responses from the mobile team are slow and unhelpful, and pickup is NOT CONTACTLESS: if you need additional equipment (pads, dollies) then you MUST go inside anyway. So skip the mobile hassle and go directly inside to work with this wonderful local team.C G.

The back of the truck had not been swept out when I rented it. I did not realize the Chevron closed early and therefore was unable to replace the gas I had used when I returned the truck. I had more issues with the online check in and return process than I did the location. The employees at the location were extremely helpful during the check in process.Diana A.

Took a long time to get the truck, no one knew what they are doing after waiting for a while, a person called on my cell and needed to confirm other things that I have already completed on line. Also was over charged some $56 called safe travel, which I just saw on my contract. Not happy with this experiencesid M.

There were two concerns with this location. One concern is that the vendor wasn't wearing a mask to prevent COVID spread. The other, I dropped off the truck with close to 3/4 of a tank of gas. It had 3/8 of a tank when I picked it up. The vendor told me that I couldn't be given a "gas credit". I suppose this wasn't the vendor's policy, but the U-Haul company's? I don't know. If so, customers should be duly advised before they put gas in the tank. On a positive note, the vendor is a pleasant fellow to work with.LEON P.

The person who helped me with the transaction did not wear a mask, even though we are under a mandate. In addition, he asked me for my driver's license and credit card even though I told him I entered that info online after being contacted by U-Haul to do this to minimize physical interactions.Scott I.

The location and people there were wonderful. However, uhaul and its actual employees were absolution terrible! I am NEVER one to write a negative review. I will usually just take it and move on. Today was an exceptionally bad though. The representatives I spoke with were beyond rude, could have cared less at the extreme inconvenience they were causing, and to top it off, I was hung up on twice by same representative. Thus causing me to have to call back and wait on hold for over an hour. It felt like they new i couldn't go elsewhere for a truck rental with so little time and used that as an excuse to treat me horribly. I can honestly say with 110% certainty that if I or anyone I know treated a customer of mine in my business the way I was treated, if he fired! In the recent times we are living in, we all need one another. To be treated with such disrespect feels beyond unsettling. If i had more time i would rather make 1000 separate trips than use your company ever again! This after using you and your company almost weekly. You have lost a loyal customer today. I can only hope you rectify this before someone else has to endure the treatment i had to today.ryan R.
Be honest, that's the main thing. I had the rental for 5/6-5/10 to return at 5:00 PM. I returned the truck EARLY on 5/9/2020 at 11:49 AM with EXTRA GAS> I didn't get credited for the extra gas but I DID get CHARGED an EXTRA DAY despite bring the truck back EARLY. This is Bullcrap and shady business. I am done with U-HaulJoseph J.

No improvement possible. :). Very kind and helpful staff and management. They even stayed late as my keys fell out of my bag, hidden under the seat. They found them and stayed open until I drove back to pick them up. A million thanks!!!Eileen B.
