He charged me after I left an extra115 after I left. Didn’t mention it , just charged me when I was halfway home!

Joseph CTruck was dirty and had food trash in it. Several maintenance lights were on which made getting the mileage a pain. Also I did all the picture for the app and then the site made me do it again. The app did not save any time.
Daniel MI was not aware that my drop off required me to submit information for return. I will not use uhaul again as it is not my job to receive the vehicle. The uhaul app failed and I had to call customer service and return the vehicle via the website. This site has limited parking and tried to tell me that I could not return the vehicle at this location even though this was my scheduled drop off location on the original reservation.
