I rent uhauls regularly and this is the worse experience I’ve had by far. The woman working in the store had no idea how to facilitate giving me the truck that I had already rented online. She was flustered and rude. I then had to speak to her boss “AJ” on the phone who 10x her level of rude and had such a thick Indian accent I had no idea what he was saying. It took over 25 mins to get into the truck which I was renting for work. I was late to get to the job. They also did not have the equipment (ONE DOLLY) that I requested. Never again this location should not be authorized to rent out Uhuals.
Nicole BGas was.below 1/4 tank,when I picked it up. I drove a total of 9 miles. Put $5 of gas in. Left the vehicle with MORE.gas than when I received it. I have a photo to prove it and the associate working also verified this. But I was charged an ADDITIONAL $15 for gas. Ridiculous! Will never use this service again.

Debra HYour app does not work as expected. Really frustrating for the customer and the cashier at this location. Every single renter (3) while we were there had major issues checking out and checking in.
Barbara MAttendant had no knowledge of towable trailers, I had to lift, hook-up, check the lights with no help
Michael CThe manager had no idea how to hook up trailer This included how to attach and secure to trailer hitch ball as well as how to use safety chains. He needs training.
KEITH BThe Return Process took way too long and I even had to show the staff how to check the mileage on the U-Haul. Staff needs better training.
Jason BOnce again had problems with the U-Haul app, completed the return process and the truck still showed as an active rental. I contacted U-Haul support and received excellent assistance to ensure the process worked the second time through the app. I'm very experienced in the use of computers and mobile Apps, your App needs additional field testing and debugging. The U-Haul attendant at the return location was friendly and helpful.

Adriana NThe employees at this location did not know how to handle a U-Haul reservation or how to handle a return. They had to call in an off duty employee to take care of it. He was very good at the job though.
