Make sure that your ac is working and checking the uhual before renting to another customer as I receive a uhual w no ac and it was so hot I was having a panic attack ,mind you I’m driving to a new location I’ve never been and bc it was so hot that day my phone was overheating . And there was a old bag of Taco Bell in there as well that I just ended up throwing away myself

Make sure that the vans are vacuumed out before you rent it - I am allergic to pet hair and now it's all over all of my belongings! Also make sure that if customers are paying for dollies, there are dollies in the van. My poor back!
PHILIP Dthis is ther third attempt to try and rent a truck from your company.The two prior attempts resulted in failures because of IT. oth times I had reservations, but the computer systems crashed, Yesterday, again I had a reservation along with other customers but were turned awaybecause the computer crashed. Even though I had made the reservation on line and had a confirmation number the agent couldn't rent the truck becaause I didn't have a key number. If it happened once I could understand, but three times is no excuse. I was finally able to rent a truck, b ut even then his system was running extremely slow taking longer than was necessary. I WILL NOT BE RENTING FROM YOUR COMPANY EVER AGAIN AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND YOU EITHER!
Howard BTerrible experience they didn’t have all of the blankets I ordered had no idea where to find them. I was given a trailer with tons of hydraulics on the mounting point that must’ve weighed 200 pounds with no jack to raise it. incompetent staff.
