Louis MMake sure that your ac is working and checking the uhual before renting to another customer as I receive a uhual w no ac and it was so hot I was having a panic attack ,mind you I’m driving to a new location I’ve never been and bc it was so hot that day my phone was overheating . And there was a old bag of Taco Bell in there as well that I just ended up throwing away myself
Jessica QMake sure that the vans are vacuumed out before you rent it - I am allergic to pet hair and now it's all over all of my belongings! Also make sure that if customers are paying for dollies, there are dollies in the van. My poor back!
