Now I have to deal with the hassle & this get trying to get my money back from you all I will never use U-Haul again the truck was dirty my experience was totally unacceptable, I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL EVER AGAIN.
James OTook me over 30 minutes to rent the truck. Make it easier!!!!!!!
John gDrop off location was fine, but you guys changed my drop off location with a day notice after I had rented a storage unit at the original drop off location.
TANNON BThe fact that I have to bring the truck back to this location after moving across town is ridiculous. Definitely doesn't make moving easier.
