The location is hard to get in and out of. The trailer was in a difficult spot. There was no one willing to help with hook up or return of the trailer.

No one to answer questions over phone or in person. Had to wait 15 mins for owner to return and then he yelled that we had to check in. Didn’t know size of ball - no help - not personable
Scott TThe location was fine. I asked the store clerk if there was paperwork to do...she said no. She could have told me to open the app, but I figured it out. Frustrating thing is this...I was assigned a specific drop off location when I made the reservation months ago. Upon pickup, I was told they were full and I could not drop off there. I was told to call once I got to my destination. Problem was...they were closed...nobody answered the 800 number, I had to call in the morning. And, Auburn is in a different time zone than where I live and i needed to get home sooner than I did thanks to the inconvenience. Your reservation situation is a joke, I HOPE I never need another trailer.
Christopher KFriendly staff.
TROY PThe only lights that worked on the trailer was the left turn signal. Other than that nothing was working. The people running the place have no clue what is going on and when we returned it the girl behind the counter said she will check it in, but never did resulting in us having to call U-HAUL to check it in.
john dEnsure the trailers you rent are in good repair. My recent rental had a hole in the front with duct tape, and the trailer lighting was faulty.
Paul LI was charged for 6 gallons of fuel when I had put 6 gallon in the truck. I had driven 64 miles so 12 gallon was not needed to replenish what was used. I am not happy with the service.
Ben DPlease have items that are available on the site to book available at the location. I think a secret shopper type program would address these in-the-field issues that customers face.
Charles BDidn’t read my request for a motorcycle trailer. Tried to give me the other trailer. Once problem was identified, he told me to go ahead and take the motorcycle trailer and he would fix the issue with u-haul; however, upon turn-in, it was evident he did not rectify the issue. The turn-in location had to fix his problem for him. Also, I had to wait an additional 10 minutes while his phone charged so he could look my reservation up for the rental. On another note not related to this pick-up location, u-haul needs to keep updated on current and past u-haul vendors. My initial reservation was for a location that changed ownership four months prior to this reservation, but it still shows up as a viable place to rent from. If I hadn’t called a week prior to my pick-up, I would’ve had to completely cancel the reservation and be $h!T out of luck. Update your stuff u-haul!! Completely unsatisfactory.
Bryan BTrain the employees how to log in returns; make sure they put the uhauls in as being returned before renting them back out
JOYE MI went to a uhaul location but they didn't hv anything available but sent me to this location and the cashier had to call the owner and I received a paper of price from other location never told that I'd be charged $60 instead of the $31 on paper...once I asked about this he said once trailer is returned I would receive my money back and that was Saturday and it is now Wednesday still no refund...but b4 I left I noticed the tire was extremely low too low to leave which could result in a accident and so I went back in the store told the young lady and she called the guy back he said for me to pay for the pair and just call the number on the airline to get my money back...like I hv to pay to rent and air...poor very poor service I said...and I thought that would be the end until the next morning...tire was low again and so I had to go to the nearest store to plc air in the tire again...so now that's $4 for air that I'm pissed about because I hv no job and hv not started my new job yet and its costing me money...so return the trailer and she called the guy back and I tell them I had to put more air in the tire it was a danger and he said we just provide the services you hv to make a claim with uhaul...welp I don't think I'll ever go to another unauthorized location again...horrible customer service...horrible experience...but I returned the truck back in b4 time and I hv not received a confirmation or anything they just said I was good...and if you need to know the trailer was 6575A to chk that tire has a leak and it could be from the 2×4 that has nails in it to keep it from rolling...I might be a female but um not dumb
Patrice HMy experience was generally good. Only issue I had was at drop off. They didnt know how to check me in. They gathered my contract information- called someone who said he would take care of it and said I was done. A few days later I got a call asking if we had dropped it off. I said yes- on time and where we were told to leave it. Has taken too long to get this closed out. Moving is stressful enough without adding this to it. The equipment itself was good.
jan rNot the least bit interested in helping me. Then I found out that Uhaul was going to charge me $20 for dropping the trailer off on the wrong location. This was contrary to my reservation which clearly stated my drop-off point as the location I left the trailer. Uhaul customer service was rude and no help at all.
John HIn my paperwork and email confirmation, I was given a drop off location for Cussetta, AL. When we arrrived, the office was closed. I attempted to complete the drop off online, and the app gave me a new drop off location 15-20 minutes in the opposite direction. This was rather inconvenient on an already stressful day.
