I would say when I was trying to do verify of equipment before leaving with the uhaul . The app was stuck it didn’t allowed me to take my before pictures but I did take them for my proof in my phone . I called and talked to a representative she helped me through the process of that situation

Alexander MI had an expectation to pick up my truck at an actual U-haul location. There was no clear communication regarding picking up the truck from a gravel parking lot behind a gas station. I was extremely confused. When I got an alert where my pick up was to be, I called to verify because I purposefully wanted to pick up at a location close to my house - not all the way across town. Then, that morning I expected to be able to add on equipment/supplies but since it wasn't a U-haul location, I couldn't do that. Because it was at a gas station, there was no one to do a walk-around with - which I disliked. The app did not work and I could not check in easily. I had to call several numbers before someone could help. Then, the app wouldn't let me attach photos of the truck - despite trying numerous times.
