Disappointed that the online estimate I was given was not the same as what I was charged. The online quote was $195, but on site I was charged $245! Can you please explain why the discrepancy?
Mark HVan wasn’t road worthy. Right hand wiper arm doesn’t move. Check air bag light on. Battery so low it barely starts. Transmission in serious need of a service. Van covered in 6” of snow, had to clean it off myself. Computer problems at check in. Staff was very friendly, none of this was her fault.

Taylor DSnowed 10cm, truck was covered in snow with now snow brush in the truck. The workers that rented me the truck were very rude and ignorant. Told them I didn’t want the $16 insurance and was told it’s mandatory and I told them it’s optional and that I was only doing 15kms all local. They charged me for it and told me to call U-Haul. Just wasted my time and terrible service

Kelley HI wanted blankets and a trolly when I went on line. I did not receive them. So it was disappointing.
Leanne TThe truck had less fuel than reported when I picked it up. I then had more in it then it had when I picked it up. I had ordered a 2 trollies. When I went to pick up the truck the dealer said they didn’t have any. The truck had been delivered to a neighborhood dealer so they could not provide them. They took it off the bill but I was in need of them so had to go rent them somewhere else. The bill also was more than what was quoted on the phone which I was disappointed about. Overall it was U-haul that missed the mark in my experience.
