Low rating was because we originally booked a 15' with ramp 4 days prior at Spruce Grove Progress Glass. The day before our booking we were told they didn't have a 15' and ensured us the 10' had a ramp, which we asked for verification as it was a requirement. We showed up and the 10' did not have a ramp as we thought. Had to go to another location on short notice and almost missed an appointment. When we went to Chevron Stony Plain the pick up took way too long. The drop off however was quick and enjoyable.

Chevron Stony Plain has some work to do as a U-Haul rental location. The gas was almost empty ironic being I was renting from a gas station. The extra items I wanted like a Dolly etc. were not available, I think I was still charged for them and the cargo area was dirty. Also there were computer problems and I waited more than 30 min where I was finally just given the keys and walked out without a contract in hand. The tendant lady tried her best, she was fine

The pick up went good, but I was surprised to see it at a gas station. I know it said pick up at Chevron, but I didn’t really understand that it would be right in the gas stationIt felt a bit sketchy at first, but it all went well.

The Uhaul broke down after putting a full tank of gas. They then charged me more money for Kms. 4 bloody dollars. Like they refuse to give a break even though I wasted 4 hrs of my time because they can’t maintain their equipment.

The U-Haul representative was very rude and some how a freak He doesn’t listen and start swearing for no reason As a customer I just maintained my cool But I will never refer any of my family or friend up there

Disappointed that the online estimate I was given was not the same as what I was charged. The online quote was $195, but on site I was charged $245! Can you please explain why the discrepancy?

Van wasn’t road worthy. Right hand wiper arm doesn’t move. Check air bag light on. Battery so low it barely starts. Transmission in serious need of a service. Van covered in 6” of snow, had to clean it off myself. Computer problems at check in. Staff was very friendly, none of this was her fault.

Snowed 10cm, truck was covered in snow with now snow brush in the truck. The workers that rented me the truck were very rude and ignorant. Told them I didn’t want the $16 insurance and was told it’s mandatory and I told them it’s optional and that I was only doing 15kms all local. They charged me for it and told me to call U-Haul. Just wasted my time and terrible service

I wanted blankets and a trolly when I went on line. I did not receive them. So it was disappointing.

The truck had less fuel than reported when I picked it up. I then had more in it then it had when I picked it up. I had ordered a 2 trollies. When I went to pick up the truck the dealer said they didn’t have any. The truck had been delivered to a neighborhood dealer so they could not provide them. They took it off the bill but I was in need of them so had to go rent them somewhere else. The bill also was more than what was quoted on the phone which I was disappointed about. Overall it was U-haul that missed the mark in my experience.

No training and the vehicle I originally rented wasn’t available because it dead. So had to get half the size

The young lady receiving our rental back was knowledgeable, quick to intake, and very pleasant.
