Your online reservation for a no-contact rental takes way too long and I suggest nobody use it. My online check-in was the crappiest rental experience I ever had. The Hoagie shop was no help at all, other than giving me a phone number so I could talk to your traffic department.. Lady on the phone was helpfull, but overall it took 45 minutes just to get a code to open the lock box to get the key. YOU WASTED A LOT OF MY TIME. Imagine if I had small kids or it was night or bad weather. Have the damn gas tanks full upon pickup, I don't wan't to estimate how much gas to put in. Way too many photos required. Actual truck was fine. Spring for power door locks and windows. Not sure if I'll use you again because of my time which you wasted.
Dale RWas unable to use your website to book and return to the location. I was charged for 6775 miles instead of 15 miles. Also was charged for 3 galleons of gas when told the site that it was filed to the amount that was in the tank.
ROBERT LU-Haul app didn’t work. Had to call customer service (they were great to work with). House of Hoagies location was had an event happening. Very loud music set up right next to the lock box made it very difficult to hear customer service.
Dan DTire pressure was 30 pounds low in one tire. I never got a call from UHaul to finalize my reservation. The pick up location was changed which I only realized after opening my app. We had to call U-Haul to have the rental agreement finalized in order to get the key even though I had set up the reservation through my account weeks before. There were no blankets in the truck even though o had reserved them. I called UHaul and they said I could pick them up at a local UHaul center. I asked that he call to make sure they had blankets before we drove there. He called and twice I verbally confirmed the address with him. We drove to that address which ended up being an unstaffed UHaul storage rental site which had not blankets. We called UHaul again and the representative seemed puzzled and wasn’t sure what to do to help us. With her on the line I had my husband call the local UHaul shop and confirm they had blankets and confirm their address. We then drove there and collected our blankets. Please manage your equipment and reservations better and put the customer first. In my mind we should get some sort of discount for doing what the reservation expert was supposed to have done prior to us picking up the truck.
Heather FI would say that the location is just fine, however i was charged for the appliance dolly and the blankets that this location is apparently known by Uhaul to NOT provide at this location. Therefore I was overcharged by Uhaul. I waited 45 minutes on hold and was without the tools i needed for my move and had rented and wasted much of my alotted time waiting for some answers.

RAYMUNDO MI was quoted $42 dollars when I called into U-Haul. When I came to pick up, the price doubled. The representative that was “helping” me was rude, inconsiderate and snarky. I feel as though I was ripped off and taken advantage of. Furthermore my company has been doing business. With U-Haul for over a decade. Very unsatisfied. Mishandled every step of the way.
