A fee of $66.00 was charged to our AE supposedly for gasoline. We in fact had the tank filled to the appropriate 1/4 level tank!!!!!!! The owner of House of Hoggie would not show us the gas meter after the charge to our account. Who is to say the gasoline filled a vehicle other than the returned U-Haul! VERY VERY sketchy organization. Will not recommend unless rectified. Sincerely,

Sarah HYour online reservation for a no-contact rental takes way too long and I suggest nobody use it. My online check-in was the crappiest rental experience I ever had. The Hoagie shop was no help at all, other than giving me a phone number so I could talk to your traffic department.. Lady on the phone was helpfull, but overall it took 45 minutes just to get a code to open the lock box to get the key. YOU WASTED A LOT OF MY TIME. Imagine if I had small kids or it was night or bad weather. Have the damn gas tanks full upon pickup, I don't wan't to estimate how much gas to put in. Way too many photos required. Actual truck was fine. Spring for power door locks and windows. Not sure if I'll use you again because of my time which you wasted.
Dale RWas unable to use your website to book and return to the location. I was charged for 6775 miles instead of 15 miles. Also was charged for 3 galleons of gas when told the site that it was filed to the amount that was in the tank.
ROBERT LU-Haul app didn’t work. Had to call customer service (they were great to work with). House of Hoagies location was had an event happening. Very loud music set up right next to the lock box made it very difficult to hear customer service.
