Kiesha BOur rental broke down in a very dangerous area due to a mechanical issue that could have been prevented itf the van had been carefully inspected and maintained by a professional mechanic NOTE..this is not on the dealer..this is on Uhaull for lack of maintenance
Trina Lthe man was rude! act like he didn’t want to come to the office and give me help bad business man. i don’t judge based off clothes i don’t care that much but at least look me in my eyes and talk to me. i felt like he didn’t care about anything i was saying. i tried to return the truck called him 3 times but no pick up and no show! don’t recommend that location or his services!

WILLIAM KThis whole process was a nightmare. Where we initiated our rental didn’t use their facility for pickup. When we finally went where we were supposed to be, our rental wasn’t available. Our rental was delayed because someone else kept it longer than planned. There were no other rentals available in our area. When we were finally able to get it (THE NEXT MORNING!), it only had 1/8 of a tank of gas. The person before us didn’t fill it up. I WILL NOT BE USING U-HAUL AGAIN.
Hillary BTrying to understand why I got charger for equipment substitution?
Marquell BThe gentleman receiving our truck and dollies and blankets did not keep his word and charged us for something we brought right back when he said he would. This makes this establishment not good for U-Haul’s name!We return the trucks he said he would reverse the charges but he did not! Actually he added more to the bill, and I don’t know what those charges are for?

Christen GI had a 8:30am pick up. When I got to the location they didn't even open until 9am. Had to wait 40 minutes. Called Raleigh office. Cat helped me. I wasn't a happy customer and she handled it well. The vehicle was clean but in disrepair. The driver side door was hard to close. The ignition was very finicky so I had difficulty starting the truck up at times. The low tire pressure light was on. Had to stop and get air for the tires. The light never went off and there was a tire warning message on the panel. I was just happy to get back to the dealer without incident.

BARBARA WOur first pick-up location, 1500 W New Bern Rd --did not show up that Saturday for pick up. They did not answer calls or have not even called me back to apologize. I called this location-Childrens Village and they helped me change the reservation. He was great!

Hillery SI was brought up to a second floor office/beauty salon/music studio. All looked like it had not been cleaned in a very long time. Dust everywhere with piles of various papers and such strewed around. The 20' truck I picked up was not cleaned and the windows were filthy. Not a great start to my move. I was lightly shown how to put my car on the tow, and was instructed to watch YouTube videos if I had any questions.
christopher tKind of sketchy area of town, his office is inside his house, so I just felt uncomformyable. When Uhaul switched my pick up location, they picked a location that had the trailer but not my appliance dolly, so then I had to go elsewhere for the dolly. A Uhaul lady over the phone scheduled my pick up of the dolly for me. The guy running that second location wasn't there, so I left and came back later and he seemed to not know what was happening. When I was paying and scheduling the drop off of the dolly, it looked like it was processed. When I actually dropped it off, the system showed the dolly never left the location.
Nicole LParking directions needs to be more clear. Online directions says to park in Children’s Village Academy parking lot, when the actual Uhaul return is across the street.

Brenda PThe lock was extremely hard to get back on the truck. We had to request help and the person was not present so we had to call. This was difficult. The online use is a little difficult as well. You have to upload photos ten times before it will accept it.
