I don't like the way you do things. I would like to know what the extra money you took was for. Things could have been done better. If you see me again it's because you're the only one with trucks.

TERESA GWe were very unhappy about our rental pickup location being moved to this spot. We originally picked a Greenville location but it was changed to the Kinston location. This was in a very unsafe neighborhood and no one was there when we arrived. We called the number listed and no one answered the phone. We ended up calling the main uhaul number. This was a terrible terrible location. It was basically in the hood. Fortunately my husband was with me or I would have not stopped.
Karla BThis place was a building with a ring camera and drop box. After ringing a couple time the guy came on speaker and basically said drop key in box the business wasn't open and mind you it was business hours. I would say everyone is doing the best they can.
