John DI have no idea how to improve the experience. At checkout (which was a day earlier than the reservation) I couldn’t activate my camera to take a picture of the gas gauge and odometer but even then it didn’t really matter. Thanks, it would be great if all companies were this easy to deal with!!!
William DIt said they’re open till five and I got there at 4:45 and no one was there. So I use the app, but the app crashed multiple times and would not let me upload all the photos. At one point it crashed before I fully closed the reservation and I couldn’t get back into the reservation to upload the rest of the photos. I probably spend about half an hour screwing around with the app.

William DWhen I drop the truck off it took almost a full day to get an email of my receipt. Kind of made my anxiety grow. The gentleman was very nice though and laid back and I would recommend him to friends

CINDY LOwners did a great job of getting the trailer ready by airing the tires up and removing the snow from the open trailer. They also mounted trailer unto my vehicle with the weather being brutal.

MARK DThe location is near at my house. It’s good but the thing is the key box is hard to find. I was looking around trying to find the key box. They should make it arrow where to find the key. Also, it’s hard to do it online to fill out the form and upload photo. It takes so long. I’ve been waiting. It’s wasting my time and delaying moving my stuff.

Matthew MOnly problem we had was the back door would not close all the way so we had to improvise. Just make sure not to rent that trailer out to someone who will complain until it is fixed. Thanks again.
debbie JThe tank of gas was below quarter tank when we got it, the dolly was already cut out (not locked up), and the website was very difficult to work with (kept resetting and having to redo).
Robert SDrop off was supposed to be open 8am to 5pm, there was no one there at 10:30 am? No one answered the phone. The place was a dump. I called Monday at 9:30 am to get a receipt, they were too busy. Got the unit checked in at around 2pm. This actually made me nervous because I felt I was still responsible for the trailer. Uhaul should make sure the drop off location is open!

Doug DHalf way through our trip we found out the blinker light on the trailer did not work. The gentleman helping me checked all the lights as I sat in the truck activating them. He said they were all good. It just might have been the bulbs timing I guess.
William KLong wait time for check in and to get keys. It's moving day people need to be checked in. Given keys and on with their day for moving. Sense of urgency needs to be enforced here.
