coreen rI found my whole experience poor. I thought they were closed on Sundays and that’s why I had to rent it for 2 days. It was by accident I found out they were open so I could return the trailer I was 1/2 hour late so they charged me for 2 days. When I picked the trailer up no one did a walk around but sure wanted to when I returned it
ERIC TThe Uhaul location at u lock storage is bar far one of the best facilities I have visited . Theyre so nice and were quite accommodating both times I had to keep the truck and trailer later than I reserved for. I cannot thank them enough for being there when I needed a hand .
Jennie JAllowing customers to return units with a half full fuel tank is wrong. Ask for full. That way when I pick up the unit and use it I just have to fill it to the auto shut off at the pump. A much fairer system.

Cline GThe Van was great. but it was not vacuumed inside it seems for there was cat hair all over the seats so we had to vacuum and clean back area for there was plaster dust everywhere so it could have been cleaned better for us. Otherwise am very happy and would rent from you again, thank you

Keith HTook almost 20 minutes to get the truck after head office apparently already sent over the information for me to grab the truck and they have my file. After I had already gone to a different location to pick up a trailer that ended up having a flat tire. And even though uhaul did their best to compensate me and give me another rental for the price I had already paid I was actually double charged on GST and PST which was mildly annoying. All this made me unable to get to the location I needed to be at for work that day before the supplier closed for the day. Mildly annoying.

Suhan KIt was a good experience. My only complaint was that the website told me I could pick up the truck any time with 24/7 pick up, but when I arrived that was not the case. I had to wait for the place to open, 30 minutes later. Thankfully someone was there early so they helped me before they were officially open. But it would have been nice to know that I had to call ahead if I wanted to pick up outside of business hours.
Wilf RHave the trailers facing the opposite direction, so you can hook up and then drive away. The yard is very small. Turning with a trailer there can be difficult.

Pieter VThe pick up location was changed and apparently a text was sent although I do not believe I received it. It would be better for a person to call and confirm the location change as I went to the original requested location for pick up. This was an inconvenience and made me late for pick up.

Tyler sI hired the truck twice from Chilliwack location. Samantha (Front Desk representative) was very helpful. She delivered best customer service while handing over the vehicle and receiving back without any hustle.
Preetkanwal BWhen you pick up a uhaul you generally haven’t got time to read all the fine print. So nothing wasn’t mentioned about a surcharge if any gas was owing. A lot of gas was put in (by me the customer) before starting the move. The fuel gauge obviously doesn’t work because it never moved . So according to U haul it takes $80 dollars to go 57 miles for a small truck that wasn’t full. I returned the truck very early which allowed them to rent the truck in the morning. There also isn’t any hooks on the inside sides of the truck to do strapping. I also phoned uhaul and talked to a woman about the gas gauge of the truck not working but I got no response so it is doubtful she passed the message on.

Douglas ATo always get a truck rental for a day or 2 more just in case any situations occur that you cannot control. If everything works out in the end, call in to let the owner know you can re turn it in earlier.

SYLVIA CThe only complaint, and it’s not a small one, is that nowhere, throughput the reservation process did it state that a 4 prong electric was the only option offered by uhaul. No adapter was made available, I have a 7 prong connection. This meant unhitching their trailer and driving to a Lordco to buy one myself. Wasted time, during my rental period and my fuel , when it’s cost is currently through the roof and having to hitch up a second time. No excuse. The ladies were apologetic stating that their boss won’t carry the adapter. Very bad customer service to not make renters aware before hand if this is how the business is run. Otherwise, things were fine.

Cindy CThe location itself was good. Vehicle was parked in an easy to locate place, vehicle was in condition stated, staff were friendly on drop off. Vehicle reserved was not available, so that was the only negative. If it were to happen again the next time we rent, the rating would drop. The online/ after hours pick up was atrocious. Very frustrating. It would go far to pre-load customers with what to expect on pick up, such as needing a passport, two people, your work, etc, to verify you. Who just brings their passport with them to pick up a U-Haul? And when I started contacting people to make sure they were available to answer a call for verification, I wasn't getting an answer at first. (What if we were picking up at midnight?) There is much that could be done to improve on this portion of the rental process.
Gregory NThe lady working was nice but, she had problems with the pos & I was told there was no gas in the truck. They charge you a surcharge if you return the truck with no gas. I should be paid the charge that they levied on the person who returned the truck with no gas, and also be reimbursed for the extra gas I left in the vehicle when I returned it!
