Thom OI usually don't have issues but this time I had to return the 5x8 cargo trailer the next morning (postponing my 11am appointment in kelowna) because it was tail swinging so much that it was dangerous on the highway. Employee told me it was "normal", I showed the uhaull employee how much loose the wheels bearing have, an 1/4 to 3/8 of an inch of slack then she agreed to get me another trailer which also had an issue with the tongue latch so I said , don't want this one either and then finally got one in good order. I'm lucky to have hauling experience so I could prevent myself to get in trouble on the road.
