First time booking a trailer, I had put the rental drop off time to an exact time. Since it was 24 hour rental anyway, I dropped it off early the next morning instead of late that night as I expected to be charged just one day. Since I was past my drop off time, I was charged an extra day. After a phone call, this was resolved but was not fun from a customer experience. now, the second trailer, I booked it for two full days, from 1PM friday - sunday. When I picked up the trailer, I was asked when I would be returning and I said, Saturday afternoon. As I was leaving, I noticed that my trailer was not changed to 1pm saturday. I went back and asked the lady to change this as I would be home more like 8pm and wanted the extra time in case I decided to come later. Nothing was updated so I recieved multiple phone calls on Saturday trying to figure out where I was. Now, I am getting charged 3 days as its noted that I returned the trailer at 3:30 on sunday, when in fact, I had returned it Saturday night at 7pm. The App did not let me return it properly. Again, multiple phone calls... Not a smooth experience.
